Great find for everything necessary!

Light, modern, clean & ideally situated penthouse with great terrace, view of garden & pool & out across trees. Loved our time spent here unwinding from busy life & ideally located a little away from busy areas although very easy to walk to local beaches 10/15 mins or bus so didn’t need a car.

We had a great time! Appartment was nice, clean and well situated. Although high season (mid July) it was never too busy or loud in the complex, nor the pool. Lovely terrace, very pleased with AC in all the rooms as temperatures get high. Good communication with Joana, who kindly let us arrive before check- in time, as we arrived early in the morning (thank you again!). Beautiful beaches nearby, lots of nice things to visit and great restaurants in the surroundings. We highly recommend this place.

Lovely apartment in a great location

The property is really well located just a 10 minute walk to both Cala Anguila and Cala Mendia beaches. Cala Romantica is just a few minutes further along the coast by car. All 3 beaches are stunning - crystal clear water which was fab for snorkeling. The apartment is exactly as described and Joana was a great host even sorting out some beach towels for us to save us having to pack them. The pool area is lovely and was never too busy. Always had a choice of sunbeds. The rooftop terrace was a great space and we ate all our meals out there as well as enjoying the last of the afternoon sun. Porto Cristo is just a few minutes away with a great choice of restaurants dotted along the marina. Overall a fab place which I'd love to return to one day.

Problemloser Empfang, gute Erreichbarkeit der Vermieterin. Tolles Appartement mit Dachterrasse und Blick auf Pool und sehr gepflegten Gemeinschaftsgarten. Alles sauber. Leider Heizung (Dezember) in einem Schlafzimmer nicht funktionsfähig und Raum sehr kalt, Spülmaschine defekt und ein Fischabfluss verstopft. Die Schäden könnten über die Weihnachtsfeiertage nicht behoben werden. Entschädigt hat die tolle andschaft und Lage.

Appartement spacieux , propre . Immense terrasse donnant sur la piscine . Résidence parfaite pour se reposer , très calme . Tout équipé , lave linge , Clim dans le salon et les deux chambres , il y a même une machine à café à capsules . Place de parking privative Propriétaires sympathiques . Vous pouvez réserver les yeux fermés .

FANTASTICO!!!

Hemos pasado 2 semanas de vacaciones en este alojamiento y sin duda ha sido uno de los factores principales para que hayan sido perfectas!! El alojamiento es como aparece en las imágenes. Un piso que se adecúa perfectamente a un matrimonio con dos hijos adolescentes, habiendo también todos los enseres disponibles para un bebé o un niño pequeño, con aparcamiento dentro de la urbanización. Decorado con muy buen gusto, limpio, menaje de cocina, plancha, secador y demás en perfecto estado, conexión a internet correcta, también ha sido una agradable sorpresa poder contar con sombrilla de playa, colchoneta y hasta paraguas que afortunadamente no hemos usado!!! Aire acondicionado individual en todas las estancias. Terraza con mesa, sillas, tumbonas y sombrilla para poder disfrutarla a todas horas y con orientación a un magnífico jardín con una piscina perfecta con horario de 8:00 a 23:00 hs( los baños a última hora han sido una gozada), con tumbonas y sombrillas. La urbanización es muy tranquila y silenciosa. La mayoría de los vecinos eran alemanes , franceses y cuando llevas unos días puedes distinguir los que son propietarios de los que son huéspedes, siendo partícipes en todo momento de una armonía y convivencia entre todos que te hace disfrutar aun más. La localización esta muy bien. Se puede acceder a Cala Anguila en un paseo de 8 minutos con una pendiente ligera, hay pequeños supermercados en la zona y sitios para comer, cenar o tomar algo tranquilamente. También se pueden hacer bonitos paseos de senderismo o si madrugas disfrutar de un precioso amanecer por el mar tras un breve paseo. El acceso a la carretera principal para visitar otras calas, playas y lugares de interés de la isla está a escasos minutos. Por último destacar a los anfitriones. Tanto Joana como su marido son unas personas encantadoras. Han estado disponibles en cualquier momento por si surgía algúna duda o necesitábamos algo. Mi familia y yo aconsejamos este alojamiento 100%. Rosana
