Bridge Cottage is a Grade II listed, 19th century toll house set in the South Devon Area of Outstanding Natural beauty, nestled along its own private stretch of the River Avon. Renovated to a high standard, with a unique characterful interior, the cottage is within easy reach by car of Dartmoor, beaches, and the market town of Totnes. The property boasts a large established garden ideal for relaxing by the river and al fresco dining.

We’re next to a main road which, while great for getting around, can be busy. And, due to its rural location, Bridge Cottage is better suited to those with cars.
