Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are glad to hear your overall experience was good. Regarding the ceiling, we have had an unusually humid and rainy winter, which unfortunately caused some moisture issues. Cleaning and repainting are already scheduled, but as we strive to honour all existing bookings, some delays were unavoidable. With regards to the pool access, there is a shorter route through the garage, and the outside access is approximately 40 meters. We will make this clearer in our guest information moving forward. The pool chairs near the pool belong to the condominium, i.e., managed externally, but guests are welcome to use the more comfortable loungers provided in the apartment.
