Traci was a gracious, responsive, and generous host. The house was well equipped for our group of 8 friends for a long weekend. Wilmington is a cute town with several great hikes nearby. We’d love to come back!
Our family really enjoyed staying here. Well appointed. Great layout and convenient loy.

Great location and host
Tracy was a great host- very responsive and set us up with everything we needed for our trip. The house is located in chimney hill which is close to both downtown Wilmington and Mt Snow. The house fit 9 adults and 2 kids comfortably, with room to spare. I would definitely rent here again.

Cozy Cabin in Vermont
I stayed here recently with a small group of friends; Tracy was incredibly gracious and helpful throughout our stay. The property itself has a cozy cabin feel, which is exactly what we were looking for. The proximity to the ski/snowboard mountain is of course incredible. We had a great experience here, and recommend it to prospective renters.

It worked, but....
Nine adults, all family members, stayed in this house for a wedding over a summer weekend. This is a somewhat tired ski house. The downstairs, where you enter, has 3 of the five bedrooms, and in an admittedly very wet week, it smelled very moldy. The dehumidifier was overloaded. Upstairs, which has two bedrooms and the kitchen, living areas and a bathroom, was much more pleasant. There is a loft with a couple of trundle beds and some people moved out of the basement to the noisy and stuffy loft, which was still an improvement over the basement. Kitchen was adequate, and it was a nice surprise to find several basic supplies (paper towels, coffee filters, dish soap, etc).
The very steep driveway was badly washed out after some heavy recent rains. One car did not attempt the driveway, which meant carrying gear up the steep slope to the house.
Overall, the house worked for us, but it made me more cautious about booking in the future. I would not choose this place again.

lovely time
I was at a family wedding and needed a place for 10 family members including a baby. Everything was clean and peaceful. It was wonderful to have the open space to gather together around said baby, first of his generation. Tracy was very responsive and helpful when I had questions.

We enjoyed our stay at Tracy’s Home. The house was very clean and located on a nice wooded lot. Even though the temps. Were in the 90s, the house stayed nice and cool. I would stay here again

Clean with a responsive easy going owner.
Clean, spacious with a great location.
The owner was very nice and easily accessible. Cabinets were filled with cleaning and cooking necessities, which was great.
Interestingly there were not enough outdoor furniture which was manageable.

It was a nice stay and fairly close to Mount Snow
The rental was fairly easy to find with gps. Everything was easily accessible and owners were super responsive to my questions and concerns. Most of the amenities are provided except if you run our of toilet papers/ paper towels you will need to go to the store and buy.
The sheets/blankets weren't as clean as I want it to be. Found some stains on the bottom of the covers.
Lodge is 13 minutes from Mount Snow and super close to downtown area. Overall great experience.

Cozy and convenient ski getaway
This was a great place for a large group who gathered for skiing and board games. There are 2 bedrooms on the main level, 3 downstairs, 2 bathrooms, a large loft, an open kitchen, living room/dining room with gas fireplace with tons of seating, both on couches and around the dining room table and kitchen island, and plenty of parking (**although definitely make sure to park in the lower lot adjacent to the street in snowy conditions**). Plus of course WiFi and a TV where we tuned into the game. The house is well-stocked with everything you need for cooking (tons of dishes, pots, and silverware, etc.), plenty of extra blankets, towels, etc. There are two cross-country resorts plus Mt. Snow for downhill, all a 15 minute drive away, a large Shaw's nearby and a number of highly rated restaurants (that we didn't try because we cooked so much). Tracy was very accommodating about allowing extra people as well as our dogs which made the trip super convenient for us as well.

Great place for a large family!
This place easily fit all twelve people in my family including the kids. The kitchen was well stocked and had all the pots and pans and some spices and condiments we could need. The owners were great to work with and responded quickly with any questions I had.
There were no outside chairs on the decks was the biggest issue. There were some on the side of the house but they were pretty dirty. I didn't notice there wasn't air conditioning but that was my own fault.
This was a great fit for our needs and would definitely book it again.

Beautiful, cozy house with steep driveway
This house is beautiful and is perfect for a group of 9-10 people. The living room and bedrooms are very comfortable and beautifully decorated! The kitchen is well-stocked with tons of pots, pans, dishes, etc., so cooking large meals is no problem. It is pretty close to Mt. Snow and only a few minute drive from downtown (restaurants, shops). Everything described in the listing is accurate and was there when we arrived! My only note: the driveway up to the house is relatively steep. We arrived during a snow storm, so it was very, very dangerous to drive up the driveway (it was way too steep and icy and a few cars got stuck) -- we had also luckily brought a shovel. Parking is also available at the bottom of the driveway (you just have to walk up about 3 flights of stairs to get to the front door then). The driveway is likely not an issue at all if it is not snowing heavily, but if it is, I definitely recommend bringing a shovel, having four-wheel drive, or just parking at the bottom.
The owner is lovely and very responsive. We had an issue with hot water during our stay and she was on top of it right away and got it fixed pretty quickly. She responded to all of my messages within an hour and was very helpful! I would definitely recommend this house for a group looking for a nice, comfy, relaxing getaway.

Great Choice
We had a great stay. The house was very clean and the kitchen was well-equipped for our cooking needs. We enjoyed spending time on the deck and the cool breeze that came through the ouse at night! The neighborhood was pretty quiet which made for a very relaxing stay.

Great house for Vermont group getaway
Tracy was an absolute pleasure to work with! She was so easy to work with and flexible enough to allow us to change our check-out date one day earlier when our plans changed. The house itself was perfect for us in terms of space and amenities. The house was clean and the kitchen was large enough to accommodate all our cooking/eating needs. I would recommend bringing a 4WD as the driveway leading directly to the house is pretty steep during the snowy winter. Otherwise, there is a small area to park at the bottom for cars that cannot reach the top of the driveway. Mount Snow was about a 15 minute drive from the house which was perfect for our snowboarding group. Thanks Tracy for a great weekend!

Great Experience for 1st time Renter in Vermont
This was the first time we rented in Vermont.
The process for securing the house was easy. The owner was easy to work with. The location was close to the mountain and downtown. The kitchen was recently renovated and the floors were new. We were allowed to bring our pet and it worked out perfectly.

great area, nice getaway!!
this house was great for me and my 3 kids and wife, my sister and her husband, and there kid, and my parents, all of our kids are young, 2,3,5,7, and our only concern was next time we will bring gates to block the stairs, but it was spacious clean and comfortable. and downtown wilmington was close with alot of country stores and good restaurants. i look forward to goin back next winter, just would like to stay longer this time, but i would definately highly recommend this property and the owner is also a pleasure to do buisiness with, due to short notice i didnt think we wouldbe able to go on vacation but the owner was exrtremely flexible and helped us to make it work in time,. great owner and great property, thanks
