200 yards from the tram direct from the Airport, two tram stops from Nice Central Train station; 70 yards to the beach; underground parking outside our door; shops, cafes and restaurants everywhere immediately outside this pedestrian zone 3rd floor property of 120sq meters (360 sq feet) which boasts two separate sitting rooms and second kitchen/dining area. There is no other property if this nature located on Nice’s famous ‘Place Massena’ fountain garden square next to the Old Town on Nice.

Wonderful place and location - host is amazing!

My friends and I had a wonderful stay here. It is an incredibly spacious and private rooms and literally steps from Old Town. The host/owner is a lovely man who helped us with all our luggage, he's a very nice man. You will not regret staying here.

Great host and location

James provided a great overview of the property when we arrived. The location off the square was perfect for us. The only downside was that the bedrooms lacked headroom for some of us. We had a great stay while there.

Nice location and accessible

The place is very nice and centrally located. But the bathroom in the east side of the apartment is not flushing well. There was no extra toilet paper or hand towels No shampoo or body wash We certainly don’t expect extravagant service but these are really bare minimum expectations During a vacation I don’t think we should be expected to run to the store for such necessities I thank you again for your service !

Great location.

Nice apartment located in the center of Nice. Apartment is as advertised, but be aware that the ceilings in parts of the apartment are very low, if you are above 1.90m you may have to crouch walking around inside. We also had some trouble checking inn and had to wait outside for 20-30 minutes in the heat while they finished making up the place, so make sure you communicate well ahead of time about when you are arriving. But all in all I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a central base to explore Nice and the surrounding area.

Attention. !!!Les plafonds sont très bas notamment dans les chambres qui ne sont pas fermées et donnent sur le salon. Il n’y a pas de toilettes auvRez de chaussée .L’appartement est très bruyant notamment la nuit.Sinon il est très bien situé !

"Attention!!! Ce groupe familial de géants mesure tous plus d'un mètre, donc leur avis sur la hauteur 'basse' des plafonds est très biaisé. Les hauteurs de plafond des chambres sont spécifiquement mentionnées dans la description de la propriété et se situent dans la hauteur taxable de l'espace. Les photos de la propriété montrent clairement que les chambres à l'étage ne sont pas fermées, ce qui serait très inconfortable en été. Je possède cette propriété depuis 25 ans et je défie quiconque de trouver des avis affirmant qu'elle est bruyante - surtout en basse saison en avril dans une zone piétonne, de plus, les fenêtres à double vitrage bloquent 50 % du bruit. Si les invités dorment avec les fenêtres ouvertes, ils invitent le bruit de la rue dans l'appartement. De plus, ce groupe obtient la note la plus basse pour avoir laissé l'appartement en désordre. Donc, nous pouvons être reconnaissants pour une admission rancunière que ma propriété occupe un emplacement de choix."
