I have stayed at a lot of places here in Rome . This is my favorite. It was great for getting away from the touristy part of the city. There was a market 10 min walk . And there was a great restaurant at the business’s at the corner. And the host is the one out of all the hosts I have dealt with who really cared about her place. The bed was very comfortable. The TV in the bedroom is great. Especially if you don’t sleep well. Great hot shower. When I went back to the airport I realized it was about 15 minutes to the attractions. Not far. Great stay .

Excellent Experience

We have just arrived back in UK after the most beautiful week in Rome. What made this trip for us was the Host of our accommodation. Valentina. She was so willing to help make our stay go smoothly going beyond to accommodate us. We are not experienced travellers by a long stretch and helping with taxis locations at whatever time Valentina was on call.Our apartment was spotless. Bed so comfortable and as it was march and still chilly, the apartment was warm and cozy. We felt so at home with no problems or issues.I recommend this property for couples only.

Verschimmelte Wohnung

Mein Aufenthalt hat so lange gedauert, bis ich ausgeladen hatte und mir die Räume angeschaut habe. Danach habe ich alles wieder ins Auto geladen und es bevorzugt im Auto zu schlafen. Die Wohnung scheint auf den ersten Blick sehr sauber zu sein. Doch wenn man ins Bad geht und dann ins Schlafzimmer, findet man Schimmel und das nicht zu wenig. Neben dem Kopfende des Bettes ist die Wand mit schwarzem Schimmel bedeckt. Die Dame hat einen Nachttisch davor gestellt, damit man es nicht sieht. Doch so bald man die Wohnungstür öffnet erstickt man geradezu von den billigen Raumdüften, die den Schimmelgestankt übertünschen sollen. Zudem hat die Dame die Polizei gerufen, weil sie meinte im Recht zu sein, doch auch die Polizei hat mir recht gegeben, dass dies gar nicht geht. Wir gaben ihr den Schlüssel zurück und hatten leider unser wirklich teures Geschirr mit Essensinhalt im Kühlschrank vergessen. Die Dame hatten wir mehrmals angeschrieben und angerufen, doch sie weigerte sich uns unser Geschirr zurück zu geben. Sie ignorierte unsere Anrufe und Nachrichten. Nun liegt eine Anzeige gegen diese Frau vor wegen Unterschlagung unseres Eigentums und versuchter Köroperverletzung aufgrund des Schimmels, der Menschen nachweislich krank macht. Ich habe genügend Bilder gemacht und lade diese bei Wunsch gerne hoch. Leider gab es bei der Bewertung keine Option Bilder anzuhängen. Ich rate jedem ab, diese Wohnung zu buchen, wenn man nicht an Schimmelerkrankungen im Urlaub erkranken mag.

I am not surprised by this review, I called the police because you did not even want to give me the documents, which is very serious, on all platforms I have all 9 or 5 stars I am a super host, you arrived home and the temperature went from 22 degrees to 8 degrees to protect the eco environment you opened all the windows, the house was too fragrant and it was not good, everything was not good, if you think that the police agreed with you we will see it in the appropriate places, his wife insulted him in front of the police several times, we will see this too in the appropriate places, there is no mold inside the house. You can also report me but I did the same, if you have these problems you should sleep in the countryside not in an apartment. On New Year's Eve I was contacted not by you by a perfect stranger to take back some things in the fridge. Her things are at my house when she wants I return some very valuable food containers. I will not even continue, good continuation. With certain people there is no possibility of conversation not even the police could stand you anymore in fact they wanted to take you to the police station, it seemed like a movie to me. The bedside table has always been there, you can see it from the photos of the house on your platform. The only thing that I can agree with you is that behind the bed there was a small condominium water leak, mold is something else, already repaired, with an attached technical report because I understood where we would arrive, never happened, I have the photos sent by you of the mosquito repellent not put but for you polluting even if not activated, an absurdity. Good continuation.

Tout est conforme à l’annonce. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans ce bel appartement avec une grande terrasse magnifique. L’appartement est propre et dispose d’un équipement très correct et d’une bonne literie. L'accueil était parfait, l’hôte est vraiment très sympathique. A recommander!
