The location was great! The apartment was very clean. One of the showers had a draining problem also the building and main room had a pretty off smell. The ceiling in the main room had what looked like mold and water damage, but it is an old building in Italy.

Thank you for taking the time to leave us this review. We are so pleased that you enjoyed the apartment's location and cleanliness. ✨ We are very sorry to hear about the draining problem in the shower and the odors you experienced. We will have our maintenance team look into these issues right away to ensure they are fully resolved. We also programmed to paint the house as soon as the low season kicks in allowing us to have the time to take care of that. We hope that despite these issues, you were still able to enjoy your time in Florence. We would love the opportunity to host you again in the future for a more seamless stay. 🏡
