About this property

9 Solent Landing - a family friendly house that sleeps 6 guests in 3 bedrooms

There are three bedrooms, which are made up of one king-size bed, one double bed, and a twin room. We have two sitting rooms, both with breathtaking views over the garden and beach - great for kids to have an area for games etc. One bathroom and one shower room.

The house is fully equipped with everything you could need - TV, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, microwave, games, DVDs, buckets and spades. There is also the all-important WiFi! There is a a BBQ for use in the garden or to take down to the beach, and deck chairs for you to use.

Great location

Excellent location close to the sea. Really comfortable property with all facilities we needed for a lovely week on the Island. Booking process was very smooth and helpful too.

A memorable holiday

The property is ideally situated for the beach and local amenities. There was ample space for us to spread out and two bathrooms were much appreciated. We found everything we needed was provided and minor issues were sorted promptly A great experience

A perfect spot!

Two adults, and two dogs had a wonderful 6 night break at No 9. The house is comfortable and cosy, and the position perfect. The dogs thought they were in heaven being so close to the beach. We enjoyed visits to Seaview, and Ryde (a good walk along the beach and lunch at The Dell), and to Nettlestone (again lovely walks). We took in a trip on the steam railway, and lunch at the Red Lion in Yarmouth. All wonderful and rounded off with a trip home on the hybrid ferry from Fishbourne. A lovely relaxing few days and we already have plans to book for longer next year.

Off season break

We found Solent Landings at very short notice and it has been a delightful break after weeks of wind and rain. Unbeatable view, good facilities, warm and comfortable. We are likely to return.

Expensive but spectacular location and good house

Amazing location near the beach: having such easy access to the beach was a real treat. The house is a somewhat awkward layout with each room on a different floor. The rooms are small but the weather was very good while we stayed so we hardly had to be indoors. Parking availability is good and the garage was useful. The service provided by Curated Spaces IOW was very good.
