Villa of contemporary design, with swimming pool, located in the exclusive urbanization of Cala Llonga, in the unique port of Mahon, Menorca. The property was built using good quality materials and large windows which provide a lot of natural light. It is distributed into two levels.
First level consists of living-dining room, spacious modern and fully equipped kitchen, laundry room, two double bedrooms (one on suite) and two bathrooms.
From the living room one can access the covered terrace with lovely pool.
The second floor has an independent access and comprises a large master bedroom with bathroom in suite and large terraced with fantastic view to the port. The property has all the comforts of a house of this level, including air conditioning with heat pump in all rooms and the living room. Its fantastic decor, the brightness of its rooms, and the comfort of its spaces will make you fully enjoy unforgettable moments.

Villa Cala Llonga

The house is beautiful and well furnished. We had some little problems at the beginning with ants in the kitchen and a leaking toilet, but Marta helped us solving everything efficiently 😊 We recommend the villa !

Stunning Villa

Our family of 4 adults plus a friend (5 in total) had a wonderful stay at this stunning villa. The villa is only a 10 minute drive from Mahon which has great restaurants and night life. The facilities were amazing and the property was very well equipped and very well maintained. A contemporary style with some lovely interiors touches and excellent air conditioning. The outside space is really good with a lovely pool and terrace area plus a beautiful top floor terrace with some lovely views especially at sunset. It worked extremely well with our young adult sons as we were on the 2nd floor which has a separate access. Families with young children need to be aware that the 2nd floor is not internally integrated. I would definitely book this villa again

Très belle maison dans un quartier très calme, à 6 km de Mahon. Vue très dégagée depuis les 2 terrasses dont une attenante à une chambre. Voiture indispensable. Belle prestation intérieure. Piscine très agréable. Au 'niveau amélioration, ventilation insuffisante,, Produits ménagers et linge de cuisine insuffisants pour 6 personnes et une semaine. On recommande fortement cette villa pour passer un super séjour à Minorque.
