Woodland Retreat in Troutbeck Bridge, Cumbria sleeps six guests in three rooms.
The living areas in the property consist of an open-plan living space with kitchen equipped with electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and a dishwasher, dining area with seating for six and a sitting area with Smart TV and an electric fire. The bedrooms consist of two doubles and an adult bunk, along with a shower room and a cloakroom. Outside there is a private wraparound decking area with furniture and a hot tub, as well as off-road parking for two cars. Within 1 mile you will find a shop, within 0.6 miles, a lake, and you'll find a pub on-site, and please note that one well-behaved dog is allowed but sorry, no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the rent. Woodland Retreat is an idyllic dwelling to enjoy a family getaway in Cumbria. Note: Check in is from 4pm, check-out by 10am

The decking is surrounded by woodland plus an Oak and Yew Tree, you will find debris will fall.Usage of the hot tub is between 10am and 10pm only.
