Our stay in Budoni was simply amazing! The location is perfect, with a breathtaking view of Tavolara Island. The beach just one minute away by car is fantastic — clean, beautiful, and never too crowded. The hosts were incredibly warm and welcoming; Ana even surprised us with a homemade tiramisu prepared especially for us, which made our experience unforgettable.This place is also ideally located for exploring some of Sardinia’s most stunning destinations, making it the perfect base for discovering the island. We truly felt at home here and couldn’t have asked for a better stay. Highly, highly recommended!

We spent two great weeks in that wonderful house and we thank Anna and Manuela for being there for us whenever we needed help. The view from the terrace is simply fantastic! The house is lovingly furnished and the kitchen is well equipped. Lovely beaches are 5-30 minutes by car, the beach Bar you can see from the terrace is a beautiful spot for a sundowner. We hope we will be back someday!

Very good haus and location

Very clean, fresh, cosy apartment. Modern air conditioning system. We were three adults (20 to 44 years old) with three children (1, 7 and 12 years old). All had enough space. Very cosy terrace with excellent sea view! Very caring and decent hosts, Anna and Stefano! Thank you for a wonderful holiday. We went by car to the beach (5 min drive). Big supermarkets in Budoni (6 min drive).

Serenity on the Sea in Sardinia

If you have not visited Sardinia, you should. And if and when you choose to visit, Anna and Stefano's beautiful home is a must!In fact, our hosts -- and their daughter Manuela, who served as our point of contact -- stocked this property with all of the cooking, linens/towels, and other items guests would want or need. Their attention to detail and comfort was truly remarkable.But even more remarkable was their warmth. Anna and Stefano speak no English, and my Italian is rusty at best. Yet, we managed to communicate easily. The bowl of fresh strawberries, vases of fresh flowers, and bottle of homemade wine were memorable tokens of their kindness and hospitality.As for the property itself, it is tastefully furnished and opens to a wide veranda and beautiful garden with a view of the sea in the distance. Located about 15 minutes' walk is a two-mile-long beach -- just far enough not to be disturbed by tourists and partygoers (though in early May there were few of them) and close enough to enjoy the silence of the sea.We plan on returning to Sardinia -- hopefully, some day soon -- and to this wonderful spot and the family that made their home feel like ours.

Beautiful Home and Property!

We had an incredible stay at Anna and Stefano’s home in Sardinia. They were such welcoming and generous hosts and their daughter Manuela was also a great help and very responsive. We arrived very late at night, but Anna happily greeted us and helped us get settled. The house was very clean, very well stocked and comfortable. The views from the porch and main living room are just stunning. Anna was always so kind and sweet with our two children and we were so grateful for her offerings of strawberries and zucchini fresh from her garden. The house itself and the property are beautiful. You do require a car to get to and from Budoni for groceries or to restaurants. There are a few restaurants close to the house within walking distance. The two beaches close by are nice with clear water, but have lots of seaweed or rocks close to the shore. If you have a car, nicer beaches are within a 10-20 minute drive away. Overall, we loved our time here and would happily return one day! Thank you Anna, Stefano and Manuela!

Wundervolles Haus mit Traumterrasse und Traumausblick

Wir sind eine Familie mit vier Kindern (10-17 Jahre alt) und haben dieses Jahr unseren ersten Urlaub auf Sardinien verbracht. Die Wahl fiel auf dieses Haus, die Fotos waren einfach nur verlockend. Bei der Ankunft wurden wir nicht enttäuscht, wir wurden herzlichst von den Vermietern Anna und Stefano empfangen. Das Haus, der Garten, die Zimmer und vor allem die große Terrasse mit dem Traumausblick sind einfach nur wunderschön! Das Wohnzimmer ist mit zwei großen Glasschiebetüren zur Terrasse ausgestattet, die bei uns die meiste Zeit offen standen. Das Haus verfügt über eine zentrale, sehr kräftige und ziemlich neue Klimaanlage mit einem Display im Wohnzimmer mit dem man die Temperatur sehr schnell regeln kann. Zwei wunderschöne Strände sind zu Fuß in ca. 15 Minuten zu erreichen, das haben wir 1x gemacht. Mit dem ganzen Strand-Krams für vier Kinder war uns das in der Hitze zu heftig, zumal man zurück ein gutes Stück bergauf laufen muss. Wir sind dann mit dem Auto gefahren, das dauert 3 Minuten und die Parkplätze haben beide jeweils eine Tagesgebühr von 3 €. Wir haben hier zwei traumhafte Wochen verbracht und waren sehr, sehr traurig, als wir wieder fahren mussten. Das haben wir vor allem Anna und Stefano zu verdanken, die wir alle sehr in unser Herz geschlossen und liebgewonnen haben. Sie haben unseren Aufenthalt zu etwas Unvergesslichem gemacht, genauso wie Manuela, die immer für uns da war. Vielen, vielen lieben Dank euch dreien, es war ein wahrhafter Traumurlaub!!!

Liebevoll gepflegtes Anwesen mit schönem Blick auf das Meer

Wir fanden nach etwas schwieriger Anfahrt ein erstklassiges Ferienhaus vor und wurden sofort sehr herzlich von Anna, der Besitzerin, empfangen. Da sie nur sardisch und italienisch spricht, war ihre Tochter Manuela über E-Mail und WhatsApp mit Englisch sehr hilfreich und stets schnell erreichbar. Das Haus ist mit zwei schönen Schlafzimmern (Doppelbett) und Kinderschlafzimmer (Einzel- und Hochbett) mit sehr guten Matratzen auf einer Ebene im oberen Teil des Hauses, dort auch zwei schöne Bäder, Wohnraum und kleiner Küche ausgestattet. Hochwertige Materialien und geschmackvolle Gestaltung im landestypischen Stil zeugen von fachkundiger Ausführung durch die Töchter der Familie Cadinu (Designerin und Architektin). Es wirkt hell, luftig und ist sehr gemütlich. Eine wunderbare große Terrasse öffnet den fantastischen Blick aufs Mittelmeer und auf die Insel Molara und Tavolara. Viele Blumen und Pflanzen und ein sehr schöner Schattenplatz an der Seite schmücken den kleineren Garten. Im terrassenartigen Untergeschoss befindet sich eine zweite kleine, abgeschlossene Wohnung mit kleiner Wohnküche, Bad und zwei Schlafzimmern (eines mit Hochbett), die ebenfalls mitgemietet werden kann. Zu beachten ist, dass das Haus eine Doppelhaushälfte ist mit gelegentlichem Sichtkontakt zu den sehr netten einheimischen Besitzern, die es auch als Ferienhaus nutzen. Wir danken Anna und ihrem Mann und Manuela für Gastfreundschaft und ihr Vertrauen! Wir haben eine rundum schöne Zeit verbracht!
