Great stay, host was very kind, communicative throughout our stay. I have recommended this property and the neighborhood to friends going to Rome later this year.
Extremely clean, comfy beds and fantastic patio. The hosts went out of their way to ensure we had a seamless transfer from the cruise portThere us a great house book too to help you orientare around the neighbourhodAs an added bonus tge hosts are suoer sweet to deal with.
The apartment was just as described, clean, easy check in, instructions helful and provided additional information regarding transportation which was super helpful. Maybe could have used a little more seating in the common area :)
The apt was very clean and larger then anticipated. The terrece was our favorite part. The apartment is in a quiet neighborhood which was nice after a day touring. The street above has shopping for food, resturants and Cafe. Easy getting a taxi. The street below has nice reaturants. All within a short walking distance. Loved sitting outside in the breeze after it bring so hot all day long. This place is truly a hidden gem.
This a great place to stay, very nice neighborhood and spacious common areas. The hosts were very accommodating and communicative. The beds were on the small size but adequate. The terrace was large and spacious.

This flat was really convenient for a reunion at a nearby University, and it had amazing air conditioning. The furnishings were pretty Spartan, but the outdoor deck was really wonderful. It was by far the best AC I experienced in Rome for the entire week I was there... Dedicated mini splits in each bedroom as well as the living room. Kept this place extremely comfortable. The roll down shutters also helped keep it dark when you were gone so the flat stayed cool while away. The apartment is in extremely quiet areaThe full kitchen is very nice, but it's not very well equipped for cooking for long-term stays... Minimal pans etc. I would actually consider renting this apartment for a long-term stay, but I would need to go by pots and pans, a larger TV, and deal with the beds...see below. One note for side sleepers or people with a lot of aches and pains like me...the pillows are very flat/not supportive and the beds are not as comfortable as I would have liked. The secondary bedroom has a slat system under frame, but the master bedroom has a simple wire grid support system with a relatively thin mattress. I really feel like the beds could be upgraded to make this top notch rental... As is, they're well suited for back sleepers who are young with no pains. LOL
