The Wheel House has two bedrooms, a king as well as a twin, both en-suite. The cottages have spectacular panoramic sea views (a short walk from the cottage) across Whitby Abbey to Sandsend coastline with amazing sunsets and star gazing into the evening. Whitby is a popular historic town, with a wide array of pubs, restaurants and independent shops. Explore the narrow, cobbled lanes and pretty market square, or partake in afternoon tea in one of the many charming, traditional tea rooms. With long, sandy beaches, dramatic cliffs and a fascinating history to discover, Whitby has something to offer everyone. A must is a climb up the 199 steps to the famous abbey, or a windswept clifftop walk along the Cleveland Way.
