The most striking feature of Rondini Farmhouse is its fabulous scenic location halfway between Lucca and the Beaches of Versilia, and its intimate garden with a private pool surrounded by the authentic Tuscan rural life. Perched on a hilltop in the rolling countryside in Chiatri, it enjoys a stunning of the surrounding wood and distant shores.

During your stay, take a walk through the manicured village and enjoy the walking distance restaurant, have a swim in the pool, read or nap on the verandah and sample local specialties at the outdoor BBQ. In the evening, enjoy the light breeze coming from the coast or browse via Wi-Fi. For your convenience, there are laundry facilities on the property; a fence surrounds the beautiful gardens to ensure privacy and safety.

This traditional stone farmhouse has been recently furnished with romantic period pieces in contrast with its stone walls and archways and wooden-beamed ceilings. There is one bedroom with a king bed and a bathroom, and one bedroom with twin beds and another bathroom.

From the villa, There’s a restaurant 8 min on foot, while a major village with groceries, shops and supermarkets it is in a 4 kms. With its proximity to Lucca town centre (12 km away) to the Beach (15 kms) and to Pisa Airport (25 kms) it makes an ideal access to explore Cinque Terre, Florence, Livorno, Bolgheri, San Gimignano, Pistoia, Montecatini Terme and the Garfagnana Area.

Great stay with perfect support

We spent two weeks in the house and everything was fine. The location is very quite and only 30 minutes from Lucca and also from the beach. The Support from the agency Lucca Appartments was very good, especially from the agent Elena. She was extreme supportive and very flexible regarding the check-in and check-out. There is nothing to complain about!

Hübsches Ferienhaus in einem kleinen Bergdorf. Sehr freundlicher persönlicher Empfang durch Elena. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und uns fehlte es an nichts. Uns wurde es sogar ermöglicht den Pool zu nutzen obwohl außerhalb der regulären Nutzungszeit. Vielen Dank dafür. Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit

Alles in allem war es ein sehr tiefenentspannter,schöner Ort.

Das Haus ist absolut ruhig gelegen und das Grundstück, mit Pool, Loungeecke und schönem Essbereich ist sehr schön und geschmackvoll angelegt und uneinsehbar. Wer zur Ruhe kommen will, ist hier sehr gut aufgehoben. Bei schönem Wetter ist das Anwesen für 4 Personen sehr großzügig, jedoch bei schlechtem Wetter im Inneren eher für 2 Personen gemütlich. Ein Auto ist unbedingt erforderlich, da es sehr abgelegen liegt. Jedoch sind z.B. Lucca, Pisa oder Viarregio gut zu erreichen. Wer gerne viel kocht, muss bedenken, dass die Küche sehr, sehr klein ist. Ebenso das Bad im Erdgeschoss ist eher eine Toilette in der Dusche. Leider fehlte der Sonnenschirm und den großen Grill konnte man wegen Brandgefahr leider nicht nutzen. Elena war sehr hilfsbereit und reagierte immer sehr schnell und sehr freundlich.

Wat een prachtige plek, na 5 minuten bochten omhoog via een vrij smalle weg aangekomen bij de Villa. Een zeer mooi plekje, zwembad is groter dan op de foto's lijkt. En met ons gezin (2 volwassenen en 2 kids) ook groot genoeg. Heerlijk genoten van de veranda en de rust. Er worden wel 2 appartementen verhuurt achter het huis, zij zitten voor het huis waardoor je af en toe wat hoort, maar dat was voor ons geen enkel probleem. Wij hebben 1 dag ook gebruikt gemaakt van een toscaanse chef, van harte aan te bevelen. Erg leuk en heerlijk gegeten. Al met al een echte aanrader. Eigenlijk helemaal niks :).

Prachtige vakantiewoning met heerlijk zwembad in een rustige omgeving.

Het is een nette zeer schone vakantiewoning goed onderhouden tuin en zwembad. Keuken en badkamer beneden erg klein en weinig daglicht in de woonkamer. De ligging is prachtig en heel rustig. In de omgeving is genoeg te doen prachtige steden en stranden. Wij hebben een heerlijke vakantie gehad vooral genoten van de rust, tuin en zwembad. Wat wij wel jammer vonden is dat achteraf nog een rekening gas en elektra komt. Wij vinden deze vakantiewoning zeker een aanrader om te boeken.

Beautiful Hilltop Getaway

Atop the Lucca hillsides is this beautiful home. From the home you can see lovely vistas and enjoy relaxing in the pool. The host is very nice and was extremely helpful in suggesting restaurants and things to do in the area. My family enjoyed time within the walled city and loved having a comfortable place to come back to at the end of the day. I hope we can visit again.

Wir haben eine entspannte Urlaubswoche in Villa Celeste verbracht und Pool, Garten und Ausblick genossen. Angela hat uns sehr freundlich empfangen und gerne mit Tipps versorgt. Die gesamte Abwicklung verlief problemlos und einfach. Da die Küche etwas klein ist, ist ein Besuch im Restaurant Prato Verde zu empfehlen, das gut zu Fuß erreichbar ist.

Ein Traum !

Sehr schönes und gut ausgestattetes Haus mit Stil und Charme. Der Pool ist toll um sich mal schnell abzukühlen. Das Restaurant am Ortsrand ist ein MUSS. IN dem Dorf in den Bergen leben vielleicht zehn Leute. Die Hunde, Kühe, Hühner und Enten waren für unseren Sohn eine tolle Attraktion!

Entspannter Urlaub in den Hügeln

Wir haben eine entspannte Woche verbracht. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig, der Ausblick wunderschön. Der Garten und der Pool waren sehr schön. Beides ist nur wenig einsehbar, so dass man sich sehr ungestört fühlt. Die Küche ist zum Kochen sehr klein. Verschiedene Küchenutensilien waren nicht ganz sauber, aber es gibt sehr viel Geschirr und sonstige Küchengeräte. Angela hat uns sehr nett empfangen und die gesamte Abwicklung war sehr unkompliziert.

Wij hadden een heel aangenaam verblijf in deze vakantiewoning. De woning was netjes en goed verzorgd. Ook zeer mooie tuin om te relaxen. Wel afgelegen, maar dit zorgt natuurlijk ook voor de rust. Aangename eigenaares. Een aanrader.

Great house & lovely location

Our family had a great week's stay in this lovely property in the Tuscany hills near Lucca. The house itself was very much as described, with beautiful views and the pool getting lots of use. The location also worked really well for us. High in the wooded hills maybe 25 mins from Lucca by car. It was necessary to plan ahead for grocery shopping but there are a couple of restaurants in the village - walking to the closer one we saw wild boar and fireflies.

Traumhaus in der Toscana

Da wohl kürzlich renovierte Haus liegt auf ca.350m in den Hügeln vor Lucca. Der Empfang durch Besitzerin Angela war herzlich. Sie steht auf Wunsch während des Urlaubs mit Rat und Tat zur Seite. Die eingestellten Bilder entsprechen zu !00% der Wirklichkeit. Der grüne Garten ist eingezäunt, ebenso der Pool. So kann mit kleinen Kindern oder Hunden nichts passieren. Vom Grill bis zu den Liegen ist alles vorhanden. Die Ausstattung des Hauses ist sehr gut, alles was man braucht ist vorhanden. Ein großer Pluspunkt: Die Betten/Matratzen sind super und offenbar recht neu. Bis jetzt habe ich so gute Betten in Italien nicht gehabt. Zusammenfassung: das Objekt kann ich vorbehaltslos empfehlen.

Tolles gemütliches Ferienhaus

Das Haus ist in Wirklichkeit noch viel schöner als auf den Bildern. Vom Garten und der Dachterrasse hat man einen super Blick bis zum Meer und der große Garten lädt zum Entspannen ein. Es war alles da was wir brauchten und Angela war eine sehr nette Gastgeberin. Wir können einen Urlaub in dem schönen gemütlichen Ferienhaus nur weiter empfehlen.

belle maison dans un hameau pittoresque à l écart des bruits urbains

Résidence propre avec un jardin et piscine très bien entretenus. Le chant des oiseaux, le chant du coq, la vigne proche reposent un moment du tumulte de la vie stressante au quotidien. Assez proche de florence, Pise et Lucca peuvent permettre des balades et visites très enrichissantes.

A wonderful and silent place in he Tuscany mountains
