Classy, luxurious studio in the heart of Lucca

We absolutely loved this luxuriously outfitted studio in the heart of Lucca's historic center. The design is very tasteful, and the building is quiet, with lovely neighbors. Perfect tiny appartment

We loved to stay in Moro studios ️ It was light and stylish,very creative shower ! The appartment was so quite,but still in the middel of everything.Loved it !! We also enjoy to stay on top floors,cause then we get some free excersice during our holiday🤗 and can enjoy even more lovely food and wine 🥰 The pillows in the bed was really rock hard, so maybe there should be a choice?

Not what we expected

Not satisfied, felt inconvenienced & our stay was uncomfortable. Building centrally located. Old world charm. Great morning light. Pictures generous & not truly accurate. Intercom works, door buzzer doesn’t. Only 1 set of keys provided - EXTREMELY inconvenient. Door does not lock from inside without key. A woman opened door & walked in unannounced once. Unacceptable & invasion of privacy. As a woman, unsettling. Door to access maintenance room across from unit. Swings open & slams shut day & night. Someone accessed constantly. Caught us off guard & felt a lack of privacy. Slanted ceiling in kitchen is too low. My 6’ husband had to cook & do dishes hunched/leaning over. Welcome guide / docs not updated since pre-COVID. Unit listed as having washing machine, but it’s broken. Couldn’t do laundry for 3 wks. Bathroom ok, minus exposed lightbulb. Handheld showerhead doesn’t work. Shower design lacks function. Water sprayed everywhere. Condensation accumulated inside unit & created a sauna affect - water dripped down every surface, deco pieces fell off & floor trim peeled off wall. Ok decor. 2 big mirrors. Dining table for 2, but beat up. Sofa comfortable, but has large water stain. Sheets & pillowcases horrid. Mattress even worse. Speedy internet. All skylight windows leak. Had to place bowls under them to catch rainwater. LOTS of spider mites & spiders. Had to shut windows when it rained because 100s crawled on panes. Assigned card required to dispose of trash never provided.
