Beautiful property, lovely quiet location with lots of safe space for children to run around. We have two girls aged 2 and 5 and they absolutely loved it here. The property is very comfortable, well equipped and super spacious. Calbourne is a really good spot for exploring the island and most places are within 30-40 minute drive. Sally is great, really helpful and great communication. We stayed here last year and hope to be back next year so would 100% recommend!
Clean and very well equipped and set in a lovely quiet location.Sally the host was wonderful and nothing was too much trouble.Skye the dog was great company and very obedient and ate everything from fillet steak to fresh crab and salmon from the braai(barbecue).Very much look forward to returning.Thank you again so much.
The host was very welcoming and was on site when we arrived. The property manager was also on site to show us around and go the the bits and bobs.I did need to phone the property manager on our first evening and she came over to sort the problem out immediatley. It was clean & tidy and had a everything in the kitchen you would have at home.
The cottage was incredible, the views amazing. Sally the host with the most and made our stay a great one, she made it so welcoming. Fantastic location. Lovely place. Cannot wait to come back. Ideal for a quiet relaxing getaway.
A lovely warm and spacious cottage managed by friendly, helpful hosts - extremely peaceful and surrounded by fields. We were there for work and it was an ideal central location to reach any part of the Island which I'm sure would work very well for a holiday. Would highly recommend.
The property was as described, excellent value and perfect for dog owners. We would have appreciated a larger bed and plenty of room in the bedroom to accommodate one. Great stay none the less.
Fantastic 4-day stay in a beautiful cottage - just right.
We stayed with our family who were located in the adjoining cottage. Both properties were decorated and maintained to a high standard and our grandchildren had plenty of room to move around. The location is secluded yet accessible. Excellent all-round.
Great cottage in the peaceful country side of the Isle of White yet close enough to all the beautiful beaches and places of interest that the IOW has. The host is welcoming and nothing is too much trouble. Thank you.
Wonderful house, neatly decorated, with lots of space and set in a beautiful peaceful area. And the little ones loved running on the big grassy areas and walking laps around the field, finding blackberries.
All in all it was lovely! Large, quiet, in the vicinity of lots of very nice places.
The kitchen area has a bit of a strange layout. Kitchen equipment was minimal. And the small bedroom was indeed very small.
Spent 3 nights at this fabulous cottage in the 2 bedroom part of the building. The kitchen, dining room and living room were fantastic. Very large and comfortable.
Comfy bed. Great stove with logs easily accessible. Took the dog and she had a great time. It's well placed to reach lots of areas of the island - and only about ten minutes from Yarmouth for the ferry. I hope to come back! Thank you for a lovely stay.
12 out of 10 for everything, sally is an excellent host, nothing is too much trouble for her. We just wished we had booked a longer stay in Elm Place, but we will definitely return.
Amazing property, huge! exceeded all expectations. Such a place of beauty. Great place for the whole family. Dog loved it here too. Easy to drive to all attractions on the Isle of Wight. It was hard for us to want to leave. We had a wonderful holiday. Sally was so helpful. Nothing was too much trouble for her. Thank you so much.
Really nice property in a great location. Sally & Sue were lovely and made check in a doddle. Great amount of space both inside (with the exception of the 2nd bedroom which is a bit small) and outside, kids would love the field!
Tiny bit of attention needed to the oven in regards cleaning and a bit of fine tuning on the cleaning but you're in the countryside, it's not spotless in the countryside!!
Overall highly recommend
