Villa Tia by Villa Plus

This beautiful Spanish house is built in traditional stone, and sits in a fantastic countryside location. Villa Tia's position is relatively secluded yet only a short drive from the shops and restaurants of Pollensa Old Town, as well as the seaside resorts of Alcudia and Puerto Pollensa. You'll have your own private swimming pool, surrounded by exotic palm trees, a superb BBQ house and a spacious, traditional interior. WiFi and air conditioning/heating in all 3 bedrooms are included.

Although Villa Tia sits amid the Puerto Pollensa countryside, the nearest amenities are a short drive away in neighbouring Alcudia and Pollensa. Alcudia has a large and diverse choice of eateries and shops in its centre, old town and port. The old town of Pollensa also has a number of traditional tapas restaurants along its cobbled streets and main square by the church. Plus, Alcudia has a fantastic sandy beach, and the bay and bistros of Puerto Pollensa are just a little further, easily reached by car.

Balearics Sustainable Tourism Tax - €2.00 per person per night for guests aged 16 and over. 50% reduction for the 9th night onwards and a 75% reduction from 1 November to 30 April. You will only be charged for the first 6 guests. Payable after guest details entered during check-in.
