The bungalow is in a great location for walks from the village of Monyash. We enjoyed our week of walking in the area. The bungalow was well equipped with plenty of parking. Very comfortable beds. We feel it would benefit from having a washing machine and felt this was the only thing missing as it had everything else. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Excellent property set in a beautiful village. Everything you need for a comfortable stay. Great pub serving hearty food just across the road. Easy access to beautiful walks in the countryside and to lovely towns.

Thankyou for your kind review. We are glad you enjoyed your stay and the beauty of the peak district including the pub food.
Stayed for 1 week in August. Great location for walks from the door and for exploring the peak district. Bungalow had fully enclosed garden for the dog and lots of room for a family of 4.
Beautiful bungalow in peaceful setting close to great pub and cafe. Well equipped and spotlessly clean. Just a shame no outside seating as we had lovely weather and unable to sit outside, there are misleading pictures of outside furniture on the listing. Also strange a well equipped place like this does not have a washing machine there is certainly room for one in the kitchen.

Lovely clean spacious bungalow. We love this area, and have camped here many times, but as a larger group than usual and due to the time of year we decided on staying at Monameeth bungalow, very glad we did, plenty of parking space at the back of the bungalow. Great pub and cafe straight across the road, so no cooking unless you choose to. Within walking distance to one end of Lathkill dale, pkenty of other walks close by, short drive to Bakewell or Youlgreave so a perfect location.
I didn’t know what we would be getting into at this place. We were coming to Manchester to marry our daughter off at the Chatsworth house. We needed a place that wasn’t far and didn’t break the bank. Words can’t express how quant and cool this little town is. The cottage was perfect for us.
Very comfortable and light and more than adequate for a small party. However the property lacked character and there were a few items missing one would expect to find in a holiday property in this price range. For example, no kitchen roll, tin foil, cling film, and insufficient rubbish bags. There were no instructions for recycling, visitors have no idea what Derbyshire's recycling policy is so no idea how to seperate items. Despite being requested there was no high-chair which we had to chase.
