Great location near the city center. Comfortable, clean and on a quiet street.Only caution is that the apt is up 2-3 flights of narrow stairs. No issues with carry-on luggage but could be hard with a large or heavy suitcase.

Thank you for your kind review! We’re glad you enjoyed the great central location, as well as the comfort, cleanliness, and quietness of the apartment. We’re happy you had a positive experience overall and hope to welcome you back again!
Our concierge showed up 20 min later than she had told us she would be there for check in & when we got up to the apartment, it was completely dirty from previous occupants. This was super frustrating as we had to leave the apartment immediately for a few hours until the cleaners finished & were unable to shower/relax after a long day of travel. Location is very convenient & apartment is fine. However, initially walking into a very dirty apartment set the trip off to a bad start.

Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry for the delays at check-in and that the apartment was not ready on arrival. This is not the experience we aim to provide, and we understand your frustration. We appreciate your comments and will work to improve our service.
Good simple lodging in Florence; pretty centrally located. Provides what's listed, and was a good home base for our visit to Florence. Didn't encounter any issues; communication with the host about check-in/arrivals was easy and straightforward.
Loved our brief stay here while visiting Florence! Apartment was clean and spacious with comfortable beds, including the pull-out couch. Check-in was easy and host was incredibly communicative from initial booking through checkout. Within easy walking distance of many incredible restaurants and basically every famous landmark or museum in the city. Would absolutely book again next time I visit Florence!
This apartment was perfect for our weekend in Florence. Had everything we needed and the space was larger than we expected. Very clean and a close walk to anything we wanted to visit. We had a car and the property manager was helpful giving us parking tips that were very close to the apartment. Would stay here again.
Would stay here again anytime. Very clean, spacious and comfortable. Love the tiny little washing machine-it gets the job done! Makes long travel possible with just a carry-on bag! Cannot believe the quality of the food at the Sant’Ambrogio Mercado-love being able to bring home those items and cook ourselves! It is just down the street… amazing!

Thank you for your wonderful review! We're thrilled to hear that you had such a comfortable stay. We’d love to welcome you back anytime—thank you for choosing our place!
Flat just as described on a quiet off-street, yet close to the heart of Florence. Everything was within walking distance. Plus close to local amenities, e.g. supermarket, eateries, pharmacy, etc. Check-in/communication was easy and smooth. Internet was sometimes spotty, and be prepare for few stairs so pack light.
The apartment was in the center of everything. Restaurant and bars all around and walking distance. Train station was 25 minutes walking.
The room didn’t have any air circulation, had

The location and internet were amazing. And having access to a washing maching and proper drying rack was awesome. However, instructions would have been helpful for travelers from other countries. Instructions on how to use lock/unlock the front door, and how to use stove top and washing machine would be VERY helpful. We were able to manage, but had to spend time to look it all up. They didn't supply enough coffee/toilet paper for our stay. We had to buy paper towels- not a deal breaker. My biggest complaints: the couch looked dirty/stained and the mattress is NOT one queen mattress. It is 2 smalller mattresses put together. This was terrible for me because I like to sleep next to my husband and was sleeping "in the crack". It it were not for this, I would've happily stayed here again. But because it is NOT one mattress, I would not stay here again. Also, there are several steps you have to climb to get to the apartment, which is not clearly mentioned in the listing. This would be difficult for elderly travelers and those that cannot carry their heavy luggage up and down the stairs. There were other travelers in the apartment above us and they were VERY loud and made a lot of noise at night- obviously something the property owners cannot control unfortunately.

Thank you for your detailed feedback. We’re glad you enjoyed the location, internet, and amenities like the washing machine and drying rack.
We provide a small welcome kit with coffee, olive oil, shampoo, and soap to help cover the first days of our guests’ stay.
We are sorry about the issue with the mattress and appreciate your comments, which we will take into consideration.
As for the noise from outside; unfortunately, this is something beyond our control, we do apologize for that.
We hope to have the opportunity to host you again in the future.
I cant recommend this place enough! Everything was perfect, just as advertised. The appartment is exactly as you see it: clean, modern, uncluterd. Location is perfect! A few steps away from the stunning Santa Croce church, the piazza and the little market on the piazza. And a few steps away from the river. Spotless modern bathroom, super comfy bed AND SOFA BED! Very important for us that the sofa bed is perfect for a good, reparing night. Mirko, our comtact foe check in, was super nice, attentive and always communicating to make sure everything was on track. Two really good finds: right in the corner there is a restaurant where we ate amazing food, and amazing service, called trattoria del agnolino. Dont miss it! And an amazing real italian breakfast bar, just a couple of blocks away called cafe michellangelo. Best coffee and pastries ever. This apartament has it all for a perfect vacation in Florence! I recommend it 100%!

Moldy shower
Area was very good to get around city center.
Layout was good for our family of four.
Broken washing machine that was expected in the extreme summer heat to wash our clothes. The host ignored our request to fix it. Door was missing sealing glass on washer. Shower was very moldy.
Extra charge for checking in late so be aware after 8 pm.
Great location around so many restaurants and bars in Florence. Very clean apartment with everything you need. One thing to mention is the late fee they incur if you're after 7pm (€20) and even more if you're after 11pm(€35). They do email about it after you've booked but still an oddity that should be noted, we got there at 11:02 due to an uber cancel and we were charged €35. They also changed the code to the door while we were staying and didn't tell us. They did send help promptly but another guest had let us in already. I would stay again overall, biggest issue is the code change but location and apartment made up for it.
This apartment is fine. Nothing amazing and nothing terrible. The area is not the greatest. The apartment had the bare minimum of supplies. No detergent for the laundry, no proper coffee maker. This was the first apartment in Europe that we have rented without something like a Nespresso machine. The bathroom sink was clogged since we arrived and it took the owner more than a day to get back to us. It is close to a grocery store and walkable to popular sights. There are so many options in Florence that we won’t be renting this property again.
Very clean place with prime location. Walking distance to most places. With lots of good food around. Bonus - we found a Photo Booth!

Overall the location and roominess of the apartment for two people was good. The two issues I had with the property was the check-in process and neglected walls. Someone had to meet us at the location to give us the exterior street door code and set of house keys. I had given the property management my exact timing via VRBO and was informed that someone would be there to meet us. Yet when we arrived and i checked my phone I was informed that I had to reach out to the “concierge” via WhatsApp who was to meet us, and we has to wait another 10 minutes in 96 degrees weather after taking a hot train, stuffy bus, and then walk several to the location. (There is a bus that stops right in front of the door from train station SMN. But we came from Campo Di Marte). The person was not personable and didn’t greet us with a smile or even a “ciao”, no welcome at all. She started telling us codes and asking for our per-person tax money. She did something to the AC but didn’t show us how to use it. She seemed to be in a rush. Immediately after she left I had to ask her some very basic things about the apartment that she could have easily shown us before leaving. There was no information in the apartment for reference. The apartment itself was spacious, water pressure great, and the washing machine worked well. All the amenities in general were good. We had an issue right away with the toilet after the concierge left us, fortunately the management was responsive and sent someone over wit
