Charming apartment in the heart of Montmartre, it is located 3 minutes from the Abesses metro station and 3 minutes on foot from the Sacré Coeur. Recently renovated, with an area of 40m2 on the 3rd floor without elevator, tastefully decorated and very comfortable for two people. Wifi Internet and cable TV, fully equipped kitchen. You can enjoy living like a Parisian, in the heart of the village of Montmartre.

Bright and calm, the apartment consists of a large living room with an open kitchen. Fully equipped with dishwasher, coffee machine, microwave, oven, refrigerator, toaster. The living room has a lounge area with television, a beautiful dining table and a balcony overlooking rue Yvonne Letac. The bedroom has a queen size bed with a storage closet. The bathroom, entirely in blue mosaic, has a shower and toilet. The Letac apartment has been tastefully decorated and designed to make your stay as pleasant as possible.

Access is via a staircase without elevator to the 3rd floor. It is located 5 minutes walk from the Abbesses metro station, and from the rue des abbesses where you will find all the shops and restaurants. The Sacré Coeur is only a 3-minute walk from the apartment. You are at the corner of the rue des martyrs, going down this street you arrive in Pigalle. A number 1 location to enjoy Parisian life.
