This superb 2 bedroom apartment in the heart of Caleta de Fuste, just 2 minutes walk to all amenities and the main bars and restaurants in Caleta.
It boasts a newly fitted kitchen with all the mod cons and breakfast bar seating and a newly fitted wet room with rainfall shower, this apartment is modern, spacious, light and airy.
The two bedrooms offer a spacious kingsize bed with Simba mattress, fitted wardrobe and remote control ceiling fan.
There is a twin room with two single beds, a small built in wardrobe and a remote control ceiling fan.
The living area is bright and spacious with a flatscreen 55@ TV including Netflix, prime video, bbc iplayer, also with a remote control ceiling fan.
There is a large outdoor seating area with comfortable sofas ideal for chilling at any time of the day and an outdoor dining table with 6 chairs.
Two sunloungers are also available in the privacy of a secure gated terrace.

All mod cons in the apartment include superfast wifi, remote control operated fans, smart TV, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge/freezer and Dolce Gusto coffee machine.

There is a large communal saltwater pool with plenty of sunloungers, with pool lights at night.

The apartment is in a perfect location to enjoy everything available on your doorstep and the stunning beach is less than 5 minute walk from apartment too.

Caleta de Fuste is the most central resort and is convenient to explore the rest of the island with so many beautiful places to visit you will not be disappointed.

Lovely and quiet

Perfect little property in a great location. Lovely and quiet, away from hustle and bustle but just a few short minutes walk away from everything you need. Apartment is lovely, well equipped, clean and with everything you need. Lisa, the local property manager, is a credit to the owners. Really helpful when we needed assistance. Highly recommended.

I wasn’t happy With Kim because I felt a nuisance when asking her questions & she was aloof, The shower water went all over & good job they had a mop, It was so bad only had 1 shower each, The sink leaked also, No English tv except sky news
