Casa Historia has 3 bedrooms and a private pool. the house is just 500m to the sea and 10 Kms to Denia town centre by car. Just relax with the family or friends at this peaceful place to stay. The gound floor has 2 bedrooms 1 Master, 1 twin with the common bathroom in the middle. The upper floor has a kind of studio flat presentation, with its own terrace, kitchen and bathroom . External patio /laundry room, bbq place . Great for cyclist or sea sports , or just chilling out.

Why not visit the Marina and watch the world go by, it has many restaurants and bars for your enjoyment, or literally on the doorstep is the Perla Negra bar/restaurant.
