My son and I stayed here for 6 nights in April, 24. While it's a bit of a walk, it's located up a hill, the flat has excellent access to public transportation. It's also very close to a very nice grocery store. We actually ate in at least four nights. The place itself is rustic. I found the kitchen to be more than adequate to cook just about anything. Sitting area out side is quiet, and quite private, save one 3rd floor neighbor. All in all I would strongly reccoment the property to small party's who enjoy returning from the chaos of Rome to a quiet respite where one can enjoy a glass of wine in peace and serennity. The host was incredibley easy to stay in touch with and quite accomodating.
