Villa Florencia is located in Puerto del Carmen, Lanzarote. This

This villa is with a heated pool. The pool heating system raises the
temperature approximately 3c to 5c warmer than a pool that is not
heated. The pool heating will be free of charge for the period of 01/11
till 30/04, for the other period it will be on request for an extra fee
of €25 per day. Please contact Agni Travel 48 hours before your
arrival.

SECURITY DEPOSIT
If your party consists of a group where the average age is under 25
years of age, a refundable security deposit of 150 EU, per person, is
required, payable with the accommodation balance or six weeks before
arrival. Upon departure, the villa must be left clean and tidy and upon
inspection, the security deposit will be refunded minus any breakages
or additional cleaning required.

Very close to shops restaurants beach, very quiet location lovely heated swimming pool and a great outside area to relax eat drink sleep swim, the balcony has wonderful views of the sea and mountains,very clean throughout

Holiday was great.

Holiday was great. So relaxing at the villa. Very quiet area and great location for shops/bars/beach. A bit expensive but thats what u get for Aug school holidays. I would definitely return again, maybe at a cheaper time of year.

We were delighted to find restaurant with asian and another with indian food just round the corner - an excellent restaurants with great food and service. The villa has a pool with a sea view which was absolutely perfect to enjoy our family time.We love Lanzarote and we will be coming back next year.

Great week in the middle of Puerto Del Carmen

We loved our stay at the villa, it had everything we needed including a dishwasher, aircon and tv with disney+ / netflix. The pool was cleaned midweek and we also had fresh towels left out for us half way through our stay which was really appreciated. The view from the balcony was our favourite, particularly in the morning enjoying a coffee. The location is ideal just up the road from the main promenade and lots of parking outside for our hire car. Just a couple of areas they could improve on for us, the dirty balcony, there was a lot of bird mess that had clearly not been cleaned for some time, the lack of cleaning products, literally not even a cloth to clean the kitchen with so we had to buy our own, and the wifi also wasnt great but didnt bother us to much. Overall we loved our stay and would highly recommend!

Great location

Overall the property was good. The outside is obviously the main attraction and it is lovely. The location is not too far from the main strip, it is about a 10 min walk which is perfect. The downside to the property is it could do with some updating. The bed in the main bedroom is extremly uncomfortable, some mornings i woke up and couldnt move, my partner had the same issue. Both bidets were broken and the toilet in the second bedroom was also broken. My eldery mother flushed the toilet once and after that water was constantly running as the flusher wasnt working. The inside could do with some updating but overall it is a good stay.
