This unit was great. It is in a great location, central to Rome's attractions, very close to the Metro and restaurants. It is very spacious with a wonderful master suite. We would recommend this unit with no reservations.
Wonderful and beautiful with excellent quality and an amazing location right near the colosseum and several groceries and great restaurants!! What a hidden gem!!!!
This is a wonderful location and great apartment. It is very large for 2 bedrooms and the master bathroom is amazing. Short walk to the colosseum or Papal Basilica of Saint Mary Major. Great restaurants within walking distance. We would definitely stay here in the future.
Great location and communication with property manager. We were able to drop off our luggage prior to the check-in time so we didn't have to continue carrying it around while we waited.
We were so pleased with this rental! It had a ton of space for our family and we could really settle in for our 6 nights in Rome. The location was great (only 15 min to the Colosseum) and an even shorter walk to a metro stop and grocery store. We were also delighted to discover the Monti neighbourhood and find some great little shops and restaurants close to home.
Overall a beautiful property in a very convenient location. The check in was quick and easy. My only complaint is that the primary bedroom and bath had a lot of moisture, which was unpleasant. I believe a dehumidifier in the room would resolve this issue. Otherwise it was a lovely place to stay.

Decent accomodation
Host company was very responsive. Couldn’t get past the musty smell and ill fitting sheets and beds. Just didn’t feel clean or cared for. However the A/C was very nice.
This quiet little street was initially hard to find. But once acclimated loved the location. The master bathroom was incredible. Perfect for our girls trip. My only suggestion is the owner needs to replace the living room couch that seemed quite used and somewhat soiled.
We loved sitting out on our private garden terrace sipping on wine listening to the distant sounds of the city.
The location is wonderul. It is in the Monti neighborhood on a quiet street and very close to the colosseum, restaurants and the metro. The flat itself is quite large and does offer a nice terrace. Two things that have been previously noted need to be called out. The couch you see in the photos has now been covered, but it is old and needs to be replaced. The other item is the main bedroom and bathroom felt damp with a musty smell. There appears to be no way to extract the moisture from the bathroom and this made everything feel damp. We also had issues with the shower drain that flooded the master bathroom and caused us to shower in the other bathroom.
The place is really nice. close to town, walkable to everywhere, and close to groceries.
The common area is nice, clean and the kitchen had everything you need for cooking. There are grocery stores in each direction so shopping was a breeze. We bought some coffee, olive oil, black pepper and left them for the next guest.
The laundry was helpful. There were laundry soap and racks for drying your clothes. We used the outdoor seating for drying clothes.
It has two bedrooms. One is smaller than the other. The one thing that surprised us was the sizes of the two bathrooms and their locations. One was huge and part of the master bedroom. The other one was tiny, very. very small and was outside of the bedroom. Just know that if you're booking for two couples. It's a bit awkward to choose which bedroom should go to which couple since one is amazing and the other one is smaller and does not have its own bathroom.
The outdoor area is not maintained so we didn't really use it. It was too hot to sit outside anyway.
All and all, a great place, great host, we recommend it as long as you know about the two bedrooms sizes and the bathrooms locations.
