This magnificent, newly renovated flat is located right in the pedestrian section in the heart of the famous Royal Mile and only 5 minutes walk from Waverley Station and 5 minutes walk from IEdinburgh Castle. The property boasts two large double bedrooms with high spec, extremely cosy, comfortable King Size beds that are guaranteed to provide a good night's sleep prior to commencing your adventures. The flat has fine quality linens and towels supplied. It also has a newly fitted kitchen and bathroom to ensure a luxurious stay. It is very important for guests to note that the bedrooms are located to the rear of the building where it is extremely quiet despite the flat's highly desirable city centre location. The living room is located overlooking the bustling Royal Mile where you will never tire of sitting in the window seat watching the activity below you. The flat is fully furnished and fully equipped with washer drier, oven and hob, microwave etc. Lots of pubs, bars and restaurants right outside ! Please note the flat is on the 4th floor and accessed via a spiral staircase.

Amazing location and beds were super comfy. View out front (and back) windows was beautiful! Bathroom needs a refresh and the mirror light didn’t work so the bathroom was very dark. Great location with fully stocked kitchen and cozy couch to sit on after a day of sightseeing.

We were thrilled with the flat as it was right on the Royal mile. We looked down on the music and action while having a very quiet suite. I wouldn’t recommend this flat to anyone that can’t navigate 77 narrow circular stairs. The flat was well appointed and we would be happy to rent this unit again.

Perfect location for exploring Edinburgh

This is a lovely apartment on and overlooking the Royal Mile, but the bedrooms are at the back so not disturbed by noise. There is a good sized lounge area and a breakfast bar seating area. The location could not be better. It is worth noting, however, that the access is via several spiral stairs.

We had a fabulous time the apartment was clean, fresh and well equipped and so comfortable. Only 1 minor issue that there was only one wine glass between 4 people which was not ideal and the only alternative was a plastic tumbler, not quite what we were looking for, real shame really.

Really easy check in and short walk from Waverley train station. Lovely view looking down on the royal mile and great spacious apartment with range of utilities. Heads up there's a few flights of stairs to get to the apartment.

Everything was fantastic and as described on the site. I’m not sure that the beds are king size (unless the sizing is different in the UK) but all was comfortable and clean. Be mindful of how much luggage you intend to bring up and down the narrow 4 level spiral staircase and that taxis may not be able to get right to the front during the day (but they get close-it was not a problem and we had a LOT of luggage). The overall stay was great. The location was fabulous. A few notes, if you run out of toilet tissue, you will be responsible to get your own. The washer/dryer is a bit confusing to figure out and the host can’t assist. The stairs up to the room is tight and several flights. Overall, I’d definitely stay here again. Loved the location!

Not only was it located in a perfect spot to see everything and get guided tours nearby....But it was such a lovely apartment and so clean! The beds were very comfortable, which is very important to me because I usually hate the beds in hotels....
