Take a long walk on the beach or sit and journal while you watch the waves crash onshore. Observe deer grazing on the hillside and watch for hawks or the occasional eagle soar on the gusts of wind around the hillside. You may even catch a glimpse of a whale offshore. Cozy up with a good book in front of the fireplace and watch the fog roll in during the evening.

The space
As you walk up the stairs to the open and bright living room, gaze at the panoramic view of the Pacific Ocean. Cathedral ceilings add to the spaciousness of this sleek, modern home. Large skylights and expansive windows create a sun-drenched space. Relax on custom Pottery Barn couches or in swivel chairs while watching a movie on the DVD player and the 55” flatscreen TV which is mounted above the modern gas fireplace. Dimming lights create a variety of lighting options.

Enjoy all the conveniences of a fully stocked chef’s kitchen with a 6-burner Viking professional range, stainless steel appliances and granite tile countertops. The open plan allows you to enjoy cooking and socializing at the same time. Amenities include common spices and condiments so you don’t have to bring everything with you. Relax over dinner at the 8 person dining table.

Retreat to the split-level master bedroom with a king-sized bed, walk-in closet and private en suite bath. Open the sliding glass door and listen to the waves crash on the beach or cozy up in front of the modern gas fireplace and watch a movie on the 50” flatscreen TV. Soak in the extra-large jacuzzi tub while gazing at open space hillsides and Dillon Beach or use the separate standing shower with rain showerhead.

Head downstairs to the two guest bedrooms and let the kids enjoy the bunk beds or relax in the queen-sized bed. Both bedrooms have blackout blinds. Separate downstairs bath has a standing shower. Amenities include hairdryer and makeup towel in both bathrooms.

Bring some local fish home for dinner and cook it on the gas grill.

High speed wifi allows you to check in with friends and family and upload pictures of your stay to Facebook and Instagram. Half-bath on main landing is shared with laundry room featuring full-sized stacked washer and dryer.

Guest access
The entire home will ONLY be occupied by the renting party. This home is not shared with other renters or the owners. There are locked drawers and closets and contain the owners’ personal property. These areas are not to be disturbed. These locked areas are inventoried between each rental.

You are supported by our team of housekeepers, maintenance and security.

Other things to note - BE SURE TO READ. By agreeing to rent our home, you are agreeing to all of the following:

**The $300.00 amount charged for cleaning includes cleaning/sanitizing the home, laundry for bedding/towels, and trash removal.

**Included on the windows in the bedrooms are custom, Hunter Douglas black-out shades and custom electronic shades in the family room. In the event that any of these shades are damaged during your stay, there will be a $400 charge for repairing them.

**Our home is monitored by cameras on the entrance, back door, and in the garage. Do not tamper with these cameras.

**We store personal items and motorcycles in the garage and they are monitored by a camera. Do not disturb these items. You will be charged for any damage to these motorcycles or personal items.

**You may only park 3 cars in the driveway, there is no street parking and no garage parking available.

**Holiday periods are subject to minimum stay requirements. Holiday rates apply to all major holidays and some special event weekends.
