Homely studio apartment with king bed, TV, lounge corner and small desk/dining table all in the main room, ensuite wet-room style shower room and separate kitchen with window seat breakfast bar, all built around the original Victorian cast iron bread oven. Enjoy period features with all modern comforts, such as smart TV, Wifi, underfloor heating, washer-dryer and dishwasher. This ground floor studio has its own entrance, direct to the gardens, its own private deck area with BBQ, table, and sofa-style seating and private parking. Easy access to all the attractions of north Devon - coast, walks, watersports and charming rural villages. The perfect getaway for two, and pets are welcomed.
