Fantastic newly built villa with private pool, located in Aigua Gelida, a privileged zone, just 450 meters away from Tamariu beach. Enjoy the wonderful swimming pool surrounded by beautiful garden, where you can cool off and sunbathe in total privacy.
You can easily go the beach and the town center thanks to the direct stairs that you will find in a short distance from the house. The house is distributed over two floors has a very bright and comfortable living-dining room with access to the terrace that overlooks the garden and pool area, a modern fully equipped kitchen, two double bedrooms (one of them en suite), a room with a trundle bed and three bathrooms with shower.
