The property is well located within walking distance of many of the sights. The host was very accommodating and helped us with pickups etc.The place is a little dated and the elevator could use an upgrade, but we would stay there again.

The flat was clean, but unfortunately, the washer and dryer did not work effectively. The steam shower was not working, and the sofa was unsteady.. It did have amazing air-conditioning during our very warm stay

The host was very welcoming and helpful. He is Italian so had lots of good recommendations, but spoke perfect English. The location was great to see Rome. VERY spacious, nice little balcony. Even had a wash and a dryer.

Family vacation

The apartment was perfect for our group of 5. The location could not be beat. AC was amazing as we were there in July and it was very hot. Beds were comfy and living room area was perfect for our group to hang out. We would recommend and stay agin next time we are in Rome.

The check in process was very easy and convenient. Our host arranged for our smooth transfer from the airport to our stay. The property was very clean, well equiped and as advertised. Fantastic location and spectacular property - just as described in the listing. The check in process was seamless with a nice personal touch! Everything was clean and the decor was very “Italian”! With 3 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms it was perfect for 3 couples traveling together! Located near the Pantheon, Trevi Fountain and Spanish Steps. One of the nicest VRBOs we’ve stayed in with excellent communication and service!

We had a wonderful stay at this property in Rome. The location truly couldn’t have been better—within easy walking distance of all the major historical sites, which made exploring the city effortless and enjoyable. It was also perfectly situated near great shopping areas and a fantastic selection of restaurants, so everything we needed was right at our doorstep.What really stood out, though, was the communication. The host was incredibly responsive, helpful, and attentive from start to finish. Any questions we had were answered quickly, and the entire process felt smooth and well-managed.The washing machine and dryer were a great added bonus, especially for a longer stay. Just a helpful tip for future guests: remember to empty the water container from the dryer, which is located at the top left.Overall, this was an excellent experience, and I would absolutely recommend this property to anyone looking to enjoy Rome with convenience, comfort, and great support from their host.

We stayed four nights at iFlat the great beauty. The only small issue we had was a leak in one bathroom floor. This did not affect the stay at all. And communications regarding this and general conversation prior to arrival was quick friendly and informative. The area is nice and quiet and very central to some really great tourist attractions, great dining etc everything in walking distance. You will undoubtedly get a good night sleep at iFlat the great beauty. Something which is high on my list of places to stay. The beds are super comfortable. Check in and out was very easy. I am glad I found this apartment and hopefully if I am to return to Rome again this would be the first place I’d like to book. Thank you to the hosts for good communications and the care you show to your travellers. Great job.

Great central location

Our stay in Rome was made easy by the location of this apartment and the elevator/lift that got our luggage to the top floor. It was very clean and well supplied with a washer and dryer. The dryer did have a reservoir that needed to be poured out after each load, which we were not aware of until we had water on the floor. There was a short flight of stairs once we got up to our floor. Our son LOVED the steam room attached to one of the main floor bathrooms. The steam room did have some window covering to help the view be blocked into the main restroom area, but not the rest of the steam room.
