Well equipped kitchen, conservatory, wood burner. Downstairs bedroom with en-suite wet room. Good quality comfortable beds and soft furnishings. King size beds and two singles. Great for families or a couple. Perfect for a beach break or head to Exeter City on the train. Perfect for cycling too. BBQ. Beach trolley for lazy beach days. Forget the car, park up in the enclosed parking and enjoy all Exmouth has to offer.

Everything we needed and more, bathroom products, dishwasher tablets and well equipped kitchen even down to charcoal if we wanted a bbq. The icing on the cake for us was secure parking and extremely comfortable beds.

The house was excellent. Clearly the owner had thought about all requirements. We appreciated the treats on arrival and the toiletries in the bathrooms supplied.It was probably the best holiday home we have visited

Everything provided

Very comfortable beds and sofas. Smart TVs with complimentary Netflix. Oven dishwasher etc nice patio area. Very close to town centre - CoOp 5 minutes walk. Parking for 2 or 3 cars. Overall very relaxing 😎
