The main door leads us straight into the modern kitchen with a long table and chairs, equipped with all the utensils and appliances you need for your stay: fridge-freezer, oven, vitroceramic hob, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, Nespresso coffee capsule machine, filter coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster and tableware. From the kitchen you go into the bright lounge with sofa, armchairs, decorative fireplace, coffee table, TV and doors leading to the terrace.

The apartment has 3 bedrooms, one of them a suite with a double bed, door leading to the terrace and full private bathroom with shower, a bedroom with two single beds, large windows and door leading to the terrace, and a third bedroom with two single beds. There is a second bathroom with shower and sink, and a separate toilet. Bed linen and towels are provided.

The apartment is close to Cau del Llop beach, 1 km from the port area of Llançà.

The apartment is close to the Cau del Llop beach (350 m on foot), and 700 m from the town centre and the Port de Llançà. Because of its situation, this beach is usually visited only by people in the nearby residential areas and has a family atmosphere. Behind the beach is the GI-612 road which goes to El Port de la Selva. The coastal path also passes through here, along a section which isn’t very busy and takes us to dozens of small quiet coves and beaches, most of which are not sandy.
