The place was awesome! The pictures paint it perfectly! The pool was epic, even when another group came in. Everything was walking distance-this place was just a great first time to Fredericksburg place! Definitely will return again!

One of my all time favorite VRBOs. It was decorated for fall. (Nice touch) Pool and hot tub were amazing. Walked to town. Bathroom was huge!! Felt like I was staying in a little neighborhood the way the buildings looked and were set up.

Winter Trip

The property is very well kept and comfortable, the check in process is very smooth as well. It's also a very comfortable distance from town though it's out of a convenient walking distance. Overall, with the good price this will be a repeat stay on any return trips.
