The villa has been completely renovated and features air conditioning in all bedrooms and the living room. The swimming pool is heated and can be used year-round. The area enjoys pleasant temperatures throughout the year, allowing you to enjoy the beautiful sunshine in the garden and stunning views of the sunset over Alicante Bay. The villa is within walking distance of all restaurants and bars, a children’s playground, and supermarkets in the Gran Alacant commercial centre and Masa Square. There were pros and cons to our stay-the location is great, neighbourhood quiet, however a lot of works were going on on many of the houses around, even during the siesta time.The check in and check out process was very easy. Also the host was very responsive, everything we asked or informed her about was answered promptly.However,the pictures we saw online and the villa in reality differ a lot.We can see there was some construction done so the front of the house isn't he same,our first thoughts were if we were actualy in the right house.Decor in the house is also very different from the pictures.There are some things that have to be fixed like broken door handle,a leak from the top bathroom to the bottom bedroom-it became unusable,falling door on kitchen cabinet,swimming pool need some TLC as well-the cleaners came eventually but never cleaned the bottom of the swimming pool,some of the beach chairs outside were broken,the cover of a light from the outside of the villa was broken, greasy kitchen and BBQ very dirty so we decided to buy a cheap one ourselves for our stay.Humidity inside the villa reached 81%, i understand there was a storm for a few days before our arrival but the aircon should be on to dry the house before check in.My daughter is asthmatic so we had some thoughts of leaving and going somewhere else but after almost 2 days of aircon use on dry mode we managed to get the humidity to a reasonable level.We just expected what we saw on the photos and it wasn't it
There were 3 broken beach chairs, all dirty but there was a storm a day before our arrival
The pool reached the swimmable temperature in 2 days, could be looked after a little bit and cleaned...
Bits and bobs that shouldn't be broken for almost £2500 for a villa/10 days
Rooms in reality- not like on the pictures we looked at...matreses were comfy though

Hi Dear Tatiana, Thank you very much for your response, I know the time you arrive at the villa it was in the middle of a storm and really sorry you could not enjoy as much as you loved but about all issues you mentioned I inform that we replace periodically and change seats, sun beds , lights , covers etc , out maintenance do it periodically, of course is been raining and the villa closed humidity in the area is normally high after and before the storm ? We inform our guests to open the windows and ventilate for you . Hope you enjoyed anyway if sorry you didn’t contact me during your stay I would help you with all issuess need it.

Casa grande come da descrizione e molto vicina a spiagge bellissime. Zona residenziale tranquilla. Comunicazione con l’host buonissima, ha risolto subito un piccolo inconveniente. Microonde/lavastoviglie/lavatrice ok. Piccolo aspirapolvere non funzionante. Piscina curata e dotata di teli. Si può parcheggiare lungo la strada. A/c funzionante. Vicinissima ad un centro commerciale con LIDL Mercadona e fast food. Molto buono
