A ten minute walk through Montpellier Gardens, the site of the renowned Jazz, Science and Literature Festivals, brings you to the Regency splendour of Cheltenham town centre with its high end shops and restaurants. The property is near Bath Road where you can find independent butchers, bakers and two small supermarkets. The fabulous Curious Cafe is on Bath Rd - you might need to book ahead for a table for breakfast!
