La maison est très agréable, très bien située, dans la nature à l'écart de la foule et tout près d'une plage accessible à pied et calme. Le chemin d'accès est un peu chaotique, mais charmant ! L'âne des voisins a été notre ami durant tout notre séjour.Le plus de la maison : sa grande terrasse ombragée ; les 2 salles d'eau, les 2 WCNous regrettons que, pour le prix de la location, relativement élevé, l'électricité soit facturée en plus. Peut-être que certains locataires abusent mais dans ce cas, il serait préférable d'inclure un volume de consommation électrique raisonnable, quitte à faire payer en plus les consommations excessives .La communication avec notre hôte a été très efficace.La maison était très propre. Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour

Villa très bien située, au calme et à proximité de la plage et du centre ville d'Alcudia. Très propre - Tout s'est bien passé à l'exception d'un problème de débit d'eau dans une des 2 salle d'eau. Merci
