Overall, we were satisfied with our stay. The condo is convenient walking distance to the beach and several shops and restaurants. This is a very snug yet comfortable one bedroom suite sufficient for a short trip. However, for a condo that has a mini-kitchen, I was disappointed in the lack of sufficient basic paper amenities. Be sure to pack paper towels, as there isn't even a starter roll, and extra toilet paper, as only one starter roll is provided. The portable air conditioner takes up room in an already tiny kitchen and makes a loud clunking noise when kicking off. The street noises are amplified by the lack of sufficient sealant around the air duct running out of the window, which also allows heat into the room, causing the unit to run almost constantly and never really cooling down to the thermostat temp. Recommend better insulation.

The room itself was cozy and comfy. It was right across the street from the public beach access, which is what I wanted. Plenty of good restaurants around within walking distance! Great stay!

Gulf Shores 2025 Vacation

We have stayed here 3 times prior and always enjoyed our stay. It is close to the Hangout and Mikee's Seafood. This year we were disappointed with broken elevator. Room had some issues like broken broom, shower floor missing stones, and trash under the bed.

The unit was clean and comfortable. The building had hot water issues twice, which were attended to quickly, but we had events to go to and had to attend without showers. That's why I gave it just 4 stars. Communication with our property manager was excellent. This building is in a great location for restaurants and beach--parked our vehicle and didn't have to use it until we left!

Close to beach

The unit itself was good - bed rolls alot so we put carpet sliders we found on 2 bed wheels which helped alot. Good shower, comfy bed. A/c unit wasn't able to keep the humidity down. Convenient to beach and The Hangout, which is a hoot. Gulf Shores State Park has a great boardwalk.

Great Location!

Our yearly visit to Shrimp Fest. Could not have a better location...right across the street. Never had to get back in our vehicle. All restaurants right there. The room was very clean and up to date on everything. We'll be back next year!!
