Welcome to BEACHVIEW 223, a charming, newly renovated studio condo in the heart of Gulf Shores, ideal for those seeking an easygoing beach getaway. This second-floor unit comfortably accommodates 2 guests and is just a short walk from the beach, nearby restaurants, and local attractions.



Inside, you'll find a queen-sized memory foam bed and a flat-screen TV. Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: For the price that I paid I was very dissatisfied. Did not have very much room to hang clothes there was some type of unit sitting in the middle of the floor which was a air conditioner which was unacceptable. No extra toiletry. Did not receive any instruction due to removing any linen from the bed where the place the towels.

Good value if you want to be in the middle of the action!

The room itself was cozy and comfy. It was right across the street from the public beach access, which is what I wanted. Plenty of good restaurants around within walking distance! Great stay!

Gulf Shores 2025 Vacation

We have stayed here 3 times prior and always enjoyed our stay. It is close to the Hangout and Mikee's Seafood. This year we were disappointed with broken elevator. Room had some issues like broken broom, shower floor missing stones, and trash under the bed.

Great Location!

Our yearly visit to Shrimp Fest. Could not have a better location...right across the street. Never had to get back in our vehicle. All restaurants right there. The room was very clean and up to date on everything. We'll be back next year!!
