It was a lovely spacious apartment in a great area of Paris. The instructions need to be clearer and sent ideally on the travel voucher with regard to accessing the key. The only downside with the apartment was that there was no extractor fan in the bathroom which is needed as there is no window.

The apartment is in a good location with good shops and restaurants close to hand. However, it needed work done to improve it's condition. There were several issues with it and the photos do not reflect the current condition. I would not recommend this apartment but would recommend staying in this area.

The area isn't nice for family trips with kids, doesn't feel safe.The bathroom smells really bad, since we checked in it has a very bad odor.This is listed for 6 people but it has only one small bathroom.In the shower the water is too hot or too cold, and the tank for hot water is small, only few cam shower with hot water.They only have 4 sofa type pillows for all the apartment (not even bed pillows, those are sofa pillows) and list this for 6 people.The beds aren't comfortable, and they don't have a power socket to charge devices.The area isn't good for tourism, to go to tourist areas you need to walk 15 minutes for a good metro station, or do many connections, or take 50 EURO rides, even it's 15 minutes walking from Gate Du Lyon that stations is so big that you waste too much time there, La Bastille is the best station but it's also a 15 minutes walk.I booked this property here, I wanted to move to another but the only solution was to contact the company who owns this apartment who couldn't help me at all, they refused to give a refund so I stayed there and saw many more problems I just the minute I checked in.
