This property is definitely value for money. It is spacious with plenty of outdoor space. It has a balcony upstairs by the master bedroom and patio doors opening on to an eating area from the living room. It overlooks a grassy area where we enjoyed that antics of a squirrel everyday as well as watching red kites in the evenings. It was very peaceful and quiet but I imagine it gets quite busy in the summer. They are plenty of places to visit with Paradise Park just down the road and Carbis Bay and St Ives accessible by train if you don't fancy driving. The beaches are all huge and sandy. We will definitely go again at some time as there is so much to do in the area.
