Lovely Lodge in the owners grounds in the heart of The Forest of Dean, perfect for a romantic break for two with their four legged friend to explore this great area.. 52 steps to entrance.

Shower Room: Cubicle Shower, Heated Towel Rail, Toilet. Electric central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Welcome pack and doggy extras. Front garden with sitting out area, garden furniture and barbecue. Private parking for 1 car. No smoking.. Nestled in the peaceful grounds of the owners’ property in Mitcheldean, The Retreat is a cosy lodge offering fantastic views of the rolling countryside. Accessed via 52 steps, this elevated spot provides a private escape surrounded by nature. Inside, the lodge features an open-plan living area and kitchen along with a double bed, offering a light and airy space to relax. The bathroom includes a shower and Heated towel rail for added comfort. Outside, you’ll find an enclosed lawned garden, perfect for enjoying the fresh air. The owners keep ducks and chickens, adding a charming rural touch to the experience.
