Property was exactly as listed, perfect location on the beach! Host communicated with us from start to finish and promptly answered questions we had. We arrived before check in and were able to leave luggage in the lobby to enjoy the beach. Very close to the airport.

Cute, clean condo with everything we needed. Loved the gorgeous beach view and easy access to the beach. Convenient parking in the basement. Wonderful location - close to restaurants, the airport, Condado, San Juan, Old San Juan… we had a great time and this worked perfectly as our home base.

Excellent view. Apartment had nice amenities built up over time such as express and regular coffee makers, proper fans, washing machine/dryer, good set of knives, enough good hangers and closet space, good bed and enough good towels! Also, for our 4 week stay enough paper goods and trash bags were supplied which was a nice touch. We enjoy the Marbella condo complex for its location and on site amenities as well as being a well managed building.

It was not as advertised a completely misleading. We spent most of our day dealing with it and had to spend 400 extra just to find a hotel with availability. The smell was repugnant - it was sewage. The bedroom windows wouldn’t open and I didn’t feel safe sleeping in that odor. The place is run down and the building and facilities are too. Everything is in desperate need of updating.

Thank you for your feedback. Upon arrival, you mentioned that the property did not meet your expectations. Although the apartment had been fully prepared for your stay, we immediately agreed to cancel the reservation and issued a full refund so you could make alternative arrangements. Since the reservation was canceled at that time, the guest did not stay in the property. The photos shared appear to be extremely close-up images of minor details, which are consistent with the normal wear expected in a beachfront property. We remain committed to providing a pleasant experience for our guests and continue to welcome many visitors who appreciate the location, ocean view, and direct access to the beach. 🌴🏖️

Carlos Place

I loved Carlos’s place! It has everything you need in a place to go to relax and enjoy the beach. Private swimming pool right next to the beach. Walgreens across the street and plenty of places to eat and drink within walking distance. I plan to return to this beautiful, beach front apartment on my next trip back to PR. I already miss having my morning coffee on the balcony, overlooking the ocean view. I would 100% recommend Carlos place! it will not disappoint.

Amazing mini vacation with the family.

The place is just amazing, very cozy and great for family quality time. Instructions were very clear. The area and accommodations were excellent; from making dinner our going out for a bite. We loved it so much, we did not want to leave. Definitely will come back. La unidad es excelente. Las instrucciones y acceso super claras. Perfecto para compartir en familia. El area es muy accesible para lo que necesites. Nos encanto tanto que no nos queríamos ir. Definitivamente volveremos.

Perfect location, clean, and safe

This place is perfect for a long family vacation. Not only was it clean and safe but it had everything you need to make the best out of your stay and save some money on those extra expenses. The kitchen was fully equipped (even basic condiments and coffee) No oven but a nice air fryer and good size microwave. Beach chairs, toys and life vests. There were several BBQ stations on property common area. Plenty of restaurants and grocery stores (Walgreens across the street). A car rental just across the street and others nearby. You can use this location as your base and do more tourism around the island besides the beach. WiFi and TV streaming worked well. King bed was comfortable (on the firm side) Sofa was comfortable. Nice view from balcony.
