Location, Location, Location! This cozy 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath condo is 2 stories/1500 sq/ft located in downtown Steamboat Springs (Old Town) overlooking the Yampa River and Howelson Hill. Enjoy the great views from the huge windows and French doors. Other amenities include hardwood floors, granite countertops, stainless appliances, a gas fireplace, central air conditioning, a fantastic patio and a private heated single car garage. Located within walking distance to most downtown restaurants and activities.

***Please note that parking downtown is limited. Our garage is the only guaranteed parking at the condo complex. There is a small lot for the condo complex (7 spots) that are first come/first serve. There is no public overnight parking in downtown Steamboat during the winter months. The garage cannot accommodate larger vehicles (for example Tahoe, Expedition, Ford F-150 or equivalent)***

The entrance to the condo is located on the second floor (one flight of steps). The condo can sleep 6-7 adults. Kitchen is fully equipped to cook complete meals. French door refrigerator and high end stainless steel appliances. The laundry room is located off the kitchen and has new LG WashTower. Dining room easily seats 6 with 3 counter seats as well.

Enjoy the gas fireplace while lounging in the living room while watching the 55” 4K TV with Xfinity cable (all the TVs in the condo). Or connect to friends and family via the high speed wireless internet (up to 150Mbps). The sleeper sofa in the living room can accommodate two adults. There are also board games and playing cards provided for additional entertainment.

The condo is two stories and the bedrooms are located on the second floor of the condo. Fall asleep after a long day of activities in the master bedroom’s king size bed with memory foam mattress, or enjoy a movie while winding down on the 60” TV. Or even better, soak in the large tub in the master bathroom. It is a 5 piece master bath with a double sink, a large soaking tub, and oversized stand alone shower. If you need the sounds of nature to fall asleep, open the French doors to hear the sounds of the Yampa River below. The second bedroom has a queen sized bed with memory foam mattress and attached bathroom. There is also a hide-away single bed located in this bedroom. The hide away bed can accommodate a small adult or child for short stays. We also provide a twin air mattress for an additional child or adult. This bedroom has a 55" TV.

The balcony/patio overlooks Yampa Street, the Yampa Core Trail, Howelson Hill Park and the river. The view from the patio is marvelous. It has seating for 4 with outdoor natural gas grill to cook a steak or other grilled favorites.

It's an easy walk to the main street of downtown which is lined with shops and restaurants, or walk to the nightlife on Yampa Street. Stroll downstairs to enjoy a day at the spa. Take advantage of Howelson Hill Park across the river for cross-country skiing or ice skating. Just cross the river on the nearby pedestrian bridge to the park. Summer months are filled with activities on the Yampa Core Trail. To add to your enjoyment of the Yampa Core Trail, we have provided two adult bicycles for your use on the CORE trail and for around town use. Renting additional bikes or renting a tube to ride the river for the day is as easy as walking to the end of the block.

Here to Ski...Don't worry about transportation to the mountain as the Steamboat Springs’ FREE bus stop is less than one block away. Bus stop at 11th and Lincoln Ave has both Red and Blue Lines which run every 10 minutes and takes you right to the Gondola Station.

Bring your four legged furry friend with you as the unit is dog friendly with owner approval for one dog over 35lbs or two dogs under 35lbs. We provide dogs bowls, dog beds, dog towels and blankets. The location and amenities of this condo just can’t be beat for a fun filled stay in Steamboat Springs.
