Location Situated within East Boldre in the New Forest, this is an ideal base for nature-lovers and explorers. Forest trails begin at the doorstep and the unspoilt beach at Tanners Lane is reachable on foot within an hour. Popular nearby attractions include Beaulieu, Lymington and Brockenhurst, home to The Pig – one of the area’s best-known dining spots.

Brockenhurst station is about 15 minutes by car and connects to London in under two hours, making the home easily accessible even for weekend getaways.


House Rules

- No parties or events
- Dogs allowed but must remain downstairs and off furniture
- Please clean up after pets and keep the garden tidy
- Bring your own towels

Booking Policy
- Full payment is due 30 days before arrival and will be automatically charged to the card on file.
- If payment fails, it must be completed within 24 hours or the booking will be cancelled.
- Early payment is allowed (card fees up to 3% are non-refundable if cancelled).

Cancellation Policy
- Full refund if cancelled 30+ days before arrival.
- 50% refund if cancelled 14–30 days before arrival.
- No refund if cancelled within 14 days of arrival.
