This unit is part of the newly constructed River Gorge Condos. The condos are right on the Tennessee River. You will get to enjoy the views of the Tennessee River Gorge and the surrounding mountains! This unit is on the second floor of the the building. This is a perfect spot for a relaxing weekend getaway! We also can offer last minute booking discounts for all seasons except the summer and holidays!

The Condo has all new Kitchen appliances. The living room has a 55 inch smart tv with basic cable, wifi! There is also a community grill that is available for use!

If you love the water, we have a brand new double-decker boat dock! It's perfect for fishing, swimming, or putting kayaks into the water! The roof top is a great place to relax and enjoy the views and the sun!

Our location is just minutes from great trails and other activities if you love the outdoors. Prentice cooper is only a few minutes away, and Signal Mountain is just 10 minutes away! Both have great trails with bluff views! We are also only 10 minutes from Downtown Chattanooga. There are many great restaurants, the TN aquarium, and other tourists attractions down there.

I love that the property is secured. You put a code in the gate and then you feel a lot safer during your stay. Really fun to fish off the pier and there's a nice kayak rental place next door. The apartment is bigger than it looks. We were very comfortable.

This location is perfect if you want to be close to downtown, but far enough away that its still peaceful at night. Its a beautiful, quiet spot on the river, where everyone respects each others time there. The dock was a fun place to sit early mornings and at nights. Chattanooga visit

The views of the river were spectacular and as advertised. The only issue, which was small, is the cleanliness of the deck over the boathouse. I realize this is a common space, so cleaning may be more challenging. Overall this is definitely a space we would visit again.

Great scenery

Very convenient to downtown, 10 mins., Chattanooga if you want great places to eat or some night life. If you like nature Prentice Cooper state Park just a few minutes the other direction. Property was quiet and has a beautiful deck over the river to enjoy the views.

Perfect quick getaway!

Everything was exactly as described! Very easy to find, communication was simple, great location on the water, a quick and easy 10 minute drive to downtown Chattanooga. Walmart and other conveniences are just a 4-5 minute drive away. Be aware that the time zone line is very close to the rental. This matters when booking excursions for a specific time. We’d definitely book here again!

Relaxing! Rejuvenating! Refreshing!

This cozy apartment on the river was just what we needed to refocus and see life from a new perspective. We took the children to see and do all that Chattanooga is famous for and had a wonderful time. But honestly, hanging around the property was delightful. The property owner took us on a river ride and gave us a history lessons you wouldn’t find in a pamphlet, as well as charming stories from his childhood in the river valley area. We watched the kiddos as they were canoeing in the area behind us, as well as throwing a hook or 2 in the water. They had a blast! Oh! how we miss having coffee on the balcony!

I've been in real estate for over 30 years. I've done rental properties, flipped houses, and managed commercial real estate properties. I've had this property for 10 years and finally got to build these wonderful condos in 2016. I grew up in the Chattanooga area and use to live in the apartments next door and the house a couple houses over. I've seen the Chattanooga area grow and develop over the years and I'm wanting the River Gorge area to be one of those areas to improve. My wife and I live in one of the units and are son also lives in one of the units.

Why they chose this property

Imagine waking up and looking out the window and seeing Elder Mountain with the majestic Tennessee River flowing around it. Then going on the porch with a cup of coffee to enjoy the magnificent TN River Gorge and the relaxation you need. The scenery and things to do on the river last through every season of the year. There's fun in the sun during the summer, viewing the colors on the mountains in the fall, the peacefulness and seeing the mountains formations without leaves in the winter, and enjoying just being outside during the spring. There's a fire pit for the cold months and the boat dock has a roof to chill on during the warmer months. We also have a big yard if you want to bring games or play anything outside. My family and I also live at the condos, so if you ever need anything we're not far away. Come enjoy the TN River Gorge!

What makes this property unique

This is a very unique spot in several different ways. The location feels like you're far away from the city and the rest of society, but in reality you're only 5 minutes away from stores and places to get some food and only 10 minutes from downtown Chatt. Another benefit is our boat dock is one of the most peaceful places to sit on. Try to snag the rocking chair on top and just sit and enjoy the scenery. If it's the summer you can also jump into the water from up top. The last benefit is if you're a nature lover. The scenery is pretty tough to beat with the mountains on both sides of you and a river flowing through them. We are also 20-35 minutes away from different hiking trails that have aerial views of the River Gorge.
