About this property
Unique and quirky 9 bedroom Scottish Mansion
They say opposites attract, and Netherbyres House has the perfect blend of old and new. The traditional Victorian mansion has been lovingly refurbished with a twist.
Guests will have access to the opulent lounge/bar, our impressive Grand Hall, large dining room and the nine ensuite bedrooms, which have each been given their own unique, bold style.
We have 9 guest bedrooms so can sleep 18 guests.
The space
Netherbyres House is set in 70 acres of woodland so is very peaceful and quiet, yet benefits from being under a 10 minute walk from the centre of Eyemouth, where there are pubs, restaurants and shops.
Other things to note
Please note that we have a large commercial kitchen, which is very practical but not the most homely!
Guests with children should take care and watch them at all times, as we have a gallery balcony within the house.
We do not charge an additional cleaning fee but kindly request that guests leave the house as they found it.
