This stone converted farm building just outside Perranuthnoe, Cornwall, sleeps six adults in three en-suite bedrooms.
An Skyber is a stunning property with heavenly panoramic sea views encompassing the wonder of St Michael's Mount and the whole of Mounts Bay which are truly captivating as you arrive at this designer residence located in a peaceful coastal position close to the south Cornwall village of Perranuthnoe. There are three bedrooms all with en-suites. Two in the main building and the third in a small barn across the courtyard. The reverse level accommodation ensures the best is made of the view from the open plan living area which has vaulted ceiling and a wood burner. Outside there is a pretty garden and off road parking for two cars. An Skyber is an exceptional property with versatile accommodation for all the family to enjoy.
Amenities: Geothermal central heating, wood burning stove. Electric oven and hob, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, washing machine and tumble dryer. Wi-Fi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot and highchair available on request. Off road parking for 2 cars. Garden is a mix of patio, paths, shrubs, lawn and steps. Sorry no pets and no smoking. Charcoal BBQ. Shop and beach 10 minute walk. Pub/restaurant - Victoria Inn - 10 minute walk along a footpath next to the property. Note: Max 6 adults. Note: Two low beams in small barn where there are zip n link beds and shower room, see photos. Note: Bed configuration must been notified a week before arrival

Town: Just east of the sweeping Mounts Bay and Marazion, you will find a small village called Perranuthnoe that boasts a very popular pub and a beautiful sandy beach. Perranuthnoe dates back as far as the Domesday Book and has many relics to times gone by including tin and copper mines closed as recently as 1900. The village sits within an area of outstanding natural beauty and the village now offers a couple of galleries, two cafes and the Victoria Inn public house.
