My family of 6 thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The location is great, close enough to all of the main Hot Springs attractions, but also far enough that you can enjoy the peace and quiet on the water. The home is great and just as depicted, nothing was out of order. The kids loved the upstairs space! The views from the back porch did not disappoint either. The hosts were wonderful, checking in to ensure everything was going well. Would recommend!

Really beautiful house with wonderful views. We loved having access to fishing and swimming right off the dock. It's also close to downtown Hot Springs for shopping and dining. Doug was very accommodating and answered all questions quickly. I would definitely recommend staying here!

This was such a good place to find! We had an amazing time! The included amenities were awesome and were so fun! My kids and our family really enjoyed it. Honestly one of the best VRBO's we've stayed in. Everything you needed was there and if you needed to go get something it wasn't too far to run to grab something. 10/10 we will be back. The river was beautiful and kayaks were so fun. We tried fishing every day but had no luck catching anything but we saw a lot of them. Also saw a bald eagle nest right from the dock!

This lake house was lovely. The views were wonderful, the home was very clean and the kitchen was well stocked with everything needed for cooking. We could tell that the owners really want their guests to enjoy their stay. They went above and beyond to make sure our stay was just right. We kayaked on the lake and fished right off the dock, rented a boat and the Quachita Lake, visited Garvan gardens and explored downtown Hot Springs. This house is inviting and felt very homey. We had a much needed, relaxing vacation here. 5 star recommendation!

Very nice property, view of the lake in multiple rooms on the home was beautiful. Host response was quick. Check in was very easy. We felt very at home at this property. Decorations inside were very nice.

The house was immaculate. The rooms are large and bright, the view spectacular. The hosts messaged me back right away with suggestions whenever I contacted them. It is an easy 20 minute drive to Hot Springs.

Everything was perfect! Very clean and spacious. The neighborhood was also very quiet and relaxing. A great view out the back towards the lake to sit and have morning coffee. Our boys were all about the geese and want to return when they have more time to kayak and fish. We plan to visit again soon!
