It was tricky connecting with the host to get keys to the apartment because we didn't know exactly when we were going to get into Florence, so we wound up having to wait for about an hour to actually get into the apartment. The apartment itself was updated and clean. The building entry and stairwell was filthy with several dead roaches throughout. We didn't have any luck getting the air conditioning to work. The washing machine was a nice perk, but after using it, we didn't have any more water in the apartment for several hours. The location close to the train station was a big plus. Overall, it wasn't terrible, but it wouldn't be my first choice if I returned to Florence in the future.

Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry for the wait at check-in and the difficulty coordinating your arrival time. We always ask several times for the estimated arrival time in advance so we can organize everything as smoothly as possible, but we understand that travel plans can change.
Regarding the building conditions, please note that this is a shared condominium and is not managed by us. We’re sorry for the inconvenience this caused. W
We’re glad you appreciated the apartment itself and its convenient location.
