The property lies at the heart of Beadnell, a vibrant village which is home to the glorious beach at Beadnell Bay and the secluded Annstead Dunes Nature Reserve. A popular spot for water sports, rock pooling and sunbathing, Beadnell has a choice of great places to eat and drink, and lies just 2 miles south of the cheerful resort of Seahouses. From Seahouses Harbour, you can take a boat trip out to see the birdlife of the Farne Islands. Other local attractions include Bamburgh Castle, Howick Hall, Dunstanburgh Castle and The Alnwick Garden, all within 15 miles.

The hall leads through to a delightful open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner with wall-to-wall bi-fold doors and a large lantern window allowing ample natural light to stream in. Prepare lunch and dinner in the elegantly arranged kitchen space, which has a handy central island, quartz worktops and a wealth of useful equipment. The bungalow also features a stylish bathroom and three bedrooms, one with an en-suite: There is a cheery double, a relaxing twin with panelled walls, and a lovely king-size room which has an en-suite shower room. All the bedrooms have Smart TVs.
Stepping outside, the enclosed west-facing garden has a couple of pretty seating areas with outdoor furniture, offering a perfect spot for dining alfresco and taking in the sunsets. Private off-road parking is available for two cars on the driveway, with additional on-street parking in front of the property.
