Semi open-plan to this is the contemporary dining kitchen, fitted with sleek units, co-ordinating worktops, concealed lighting, electric hob, eye-level oven and grill, integrated fridge, microwave, wine rack, kettle and toaster, plus a stylish dining table with benches. A discreet utility cupboard off the hall houses the washing machine, tumble dryer and countertop freezer.
